4 hours for an oil change and no phone call letting me know car is ready. Also did not reset my oil change reminder.

Great Maintenance! ! Now management they will do anything to approve you for a car but, when they sale you a 2024 recalled, Your xxxx out of luck!! They will do anything in their power to provide/sale you a less valued car but your loan will still remain they same. It's ridiculous!! You feel like you just been cheated by CROOKS! Service tech returning my truck was too busy talking to a “pretty girl” to get my truck back to me that had been ready for half an hour. Had to interrupt to be acknowledged. It wouldn’t have been so bad if he had been as courteous and friendly as he was to the previous guest. Findlay Toyota as a whole has a very poor customer service attitude I am finding that to be so with all LAS VEGAS FINDLAY LOCATIONS
I went to dealership 3 times to fix some noise coming from the tiers but didn’t solve it
Jordan is great ! The service department is losing it touch ! Have been getting “bad” service from them … unfinished work / not sure if they even doing the service I am paying for … most of the time I feel they got lazy on the service department… remembered the customer knows these things
First Salesman glared at me when I said no to his deal. To Findlays credit they assigned me a different salesman. When I purchased a vehicle, the Finance Manager tried to do some creative math. I told him explicitly that I did not want my purchase of an extended warranty to be financed period, as I used a credit card to pay. After double checking my paperwork, I found out that he financed almost $700 of the $3700 that I paid in cash. I have been a customer since 2013. I’m tired of being upsold and taken by service consultants who are incentivized to maximize your service costs for their commission. No more.
