I called and explained what was going on with my coolant leak. I was quoted $700 ish. I asked if they would need to replace timing belt at same time was told no. I brought in for diagnostic and quoted 150. They parked it in back lot and then sent me an estimate for 3500. I said no thank you. I personally have been going to Toyota for service for a bout a few years and the was my first to experience unprofessionalism when I was working with Kyle. He was very rude when I told him that I was told by the parts department that I had warranty just for him to not value my warranty and send me to the parts department. The employee at the parts department confronted him and made him acknowledge my warranty. When I also left my vehicle for diagnosis he also was rude and hung up on me over the phone. I previously purchased a service plan that included three oil changes. I never received a covered oil chabge under my service plan and on this visit I was told I had zero covered oil changes left. I'm not sure how that works since I purchased three and received zero. I was then offered the opportunity to purchase another service plan, which was laughable.

The service department ask/ recomend to cusomer unnecessary maintenance recommendations to the car which other mechanic shop doesn't ask or won't need it. I think it's way too much sales oriented. Most customers are tight on budget that Comsumet needs a honesty & necessary maintenance gor their car. I felt I'm in the another sales I have to deal with service agent.

Toyota Care is not a good value and is represented poorly at the time of sale. They claim the 5,000 and 10,000 mile services are free when in fact you have to pay at 10,000 for the dealership to balance and align your tires after rotation. In addition the dealership tries to up sell you with your air cabin filter needs to be changed. They didn’t even inspect it because the glove box was undisturbed and when I inspected the cabin filter it was clean. How disappointing and dishonest.
