I brought our Rav4 in for a regular service and wheel alignment last week. Not only did the service take over three hours to complete, but it took 50 minutes to get the car after I was told it was ready and "I'm just waiting on the paperwork." Furthermore, while Findlay internally noted that the oil pan access panel was loose, this was not communicated to me verbally or in the paperwork I was given. Was scheduled for an appointment. It was cancelled due to overbook. Not notified until I arrived at the dealership. Had a follow up appt and it too had to be rescheduled on the same date due to staffing. Cars were washed in the past for service. Seems like this dealership is going down. I used to praise this dealership, not so more. Please call customers in advance if you know there is going to be a problem with scheduling. My appointment was late in the day, so there was plenty of time to get notified.
Jordan was great but then the next day he had Kia Spence take care of my car and nothing was done she was rude and while I was trying to get information to her she was arguing on the phone with her boyfriend and told me I was being rude and nothing was done to my car until I complaint and then the next time they took care of everything cause Jordan came back
As expected for dealership service center only good for expensive oil change but any that needs diagnostic will always lean to big ticket fix instead of exploring all options especially if it’s a less expensive fix👎🏼
They switched VIN numbers on us. They then offered us another car that was to come in soon. When we went for that car it did not have the promised Findlay package. Then, they tried to get us to sign that nothing further was being promised. They should be prosecuted for fraud and sued but it is not worth my trouble. Joe Fortunato should be fired. Gaspar was good and Jordan in service was fantastic.
People are friendly but waited four hours for my car and wasn’t finished. I had to ask for it. Got a call within two hours to sell me something. First and only time I’ve been contacted. Said they were backed up I had to ask them what’s going on. And yes I did have an appointment and was quoted two hours.
Terrible, found perfect car that was listed as available according to toyota.com, signed up for them to contact me by text or email about it. They called me and when I asked about the vehicle they seemed to have no knowledge of anything, other then I wanted a car. I took my 2018 Tacoma SR5 in for service on Saturday April 27th. There were a couple of recalls and it was time for service. I dropped it off early, was told I would get a call when it's ready and home I went. I got a call a couple hours later from the guy who set up my service and he told me that I "NEED A NEW ENGINE!". My truck has 47,000 miles on it. I need a new engine because my oil filter was dirty. They serviced my truck and I picked it up in the late afternoon. Had good service until the last time i was there on Monday 3/25/24. I told service advisor I was waiting for truck. It was getting an oil change. Checked in at about 8:15. Promise time was 9:30. At 9:45 I went and asked about truck. Kai Spencer told me it was done an hour ago. Said he sent 4 messages. But he sent them to wrong number. Don’t know where he got the number from.
