Wait time for an oil change was redicoulas after making an appointment. My time is worth money...you should hire a scheduler to fix this problem. If one makes an appointment the time should he honored. It doesnt take 3 hours to change oil. It makes me consider going somewhere else if you want the pure truth.

Long wait times and still didn’t even fix the problem I came in with
Very chaotic when arrived. Not enough service advisors out front. Three times we were approached and asked if we had an appt and had been helped. They said they would send someone over. We just kept waiting. Not super impressed with your advisor either. We have a 2023 Camry that just reached 5k. We brought in for 1st oil change and tire rotation. He told us that we missed out on 3 of our service calls as we get 5 total in 2yrs of purchase. You normally only change synthetic oil at every 10k. Why would we bring it in when we ... read more
I had a really bad experience with finance department. In fact I returned the car
I’m still waiting to hear back from Mike “The Tire guy…” When I first arrived he and his assistant approached me with serious concerns about tire separation, and that two of my tires were in bad shape? The car had less than 20,000 miles on it two years old… He said that he would get back to me in the afternoon after talking to Firestone. I still have not heard from Finlay… Am I going to die in my vehicle??? Since it was such a big concern? And no one has bothered to reach out to me?????? Thank you, I guess?
I was treated rudely and went to get water and the black guy told me I can not take more than two waters. Cost is really expensive
Bad service, bad attitudes, pass the buck type of company. No one wants to take full responsibility or make things 100% right
Horrible customer service. My brand new car has never work correctly, I have been there 10 times in the last year. No answers from service and really no desire to help. They telling me to wait for a mysterious software update. But no date given and timeframe.
