Your service tech changed my punctured tire to new replacement tire, BUT they left a mess without cleaning tire wall left all sort of marks and dirts. Michela, service advisor was friendly and nice.
Its 2 times your store did alignment and my car still pulling me to 1 side , I went 2 weeks ago only for oil change but When I asked for my alignment I finally spend 700 becouse rear brake then front brake then bad tires then balance and never my car have the rigth alignment , how is possible that
Finley needs to service vehicles like they were their own cars. Not try and sell me on a front end alignment that needs to be done, when it didn’t need to be done. My other dealer doesn’t try and upsell me on stuff I don’t need during warranty service. Also my car was sprayed with a black substance during service and no one looked at it prior to giving it to me, although I was told several times “your car looks great”. Long time waiting looks like they never did anything in my car except resetting my oilligth
Horrible I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire alignment service write was horrible
I felt very rushed. The salesman seemed like all they wanted to do was push for the sale. I was planning on getting the car but he was very pushy when it came to getting the paperwork filled out and the money processed. And when it was time to do the final walkthrough and set up, I was barely helped to get everything right. I had to come back several times to get my second key fob. They did not inflate my tires to proper psi. They swap my sensor on the tires from both sides from front to back tires.
I was never there for Service. I am not sure why I’m getting this message that I had my car serviced. Not sure if this is a scam to get information.
