This place continues to go downhill. Went in for the RAV4 recall - only to waste 2 hours of my business day to be told I didn’t need it due to my battery wasn’t a Toyota battery. Brian Short needs to be trained on his lack of leadership skills, customer service skills and from the thumbs up I received when I exited his office to share my disappointment. Never did he apologize , listen, try to recover.

Ethan wrote up a 486 dollar order charge for my previous vehicle and applied it to my current car. I do not know if the charges were warranted to my current vehicle.

We bought a 2021 Honda accord 2 weeks ago and noticed the brakes making a loud squeaking noise when reversing after we took the car home. Brought he car in to the dealer on Friday around 12pm and they said latest we’d have our car back is 3pm. 3pm comes and nothing, we inquired and he said oh it’s barely being brought back. We needed to reschedule for the next day since we had an appointment across town. We schedule for sat at 10:30am. I was told the part was covered under warranty. Was there 3 times. Once to order. Once to get the work done (they sent the part back) and third to tell me it wasn’t covered. We love over an hour away from the dealership.

I was ask for extra service on top of my 15k service. When I turn it down it doesn’t mean your customer and nobody anymore because you didn’t make your stupid commissions.

Toyota lost one of my wheel caps during a routine balance and alignment. I didn’t notice it until several days after the service. It was reviewed and confirmed by Chelsea the manager that the cap was on at entry and missing at service completion. I was then asked to find the replacement on my own which was completely inappropriate and should have been handled by Toyota. I asked for the person who took care of me last time and they just gave me any random person that was available. I wasted time in mileage driving over there because all I needed apparently was a tire rotation which I can go to any tire store and get done for free

I bought my car in July 2024. Brought it in for its first 5000 mile maintenance and the tech/workers destroyed my white leather interior which was then “detailed” by the Toyota detailers 6+ times to try and make it right.

Made an appointment for 130pm. Showed up 10 minutes early. Car wasn’t ready till 430. Upon leaving I noticed a strange sound my car has never made before. I turned back around instantly. I told them about the issue. 1 hour and 10 minutes later the car was fixed. The sound appeared to be coming from the rear view mirror mount. My issue is I came in for service, and my rear view mirror had nothing to do with the service…. So I don’t know why the mechanics even touched that area.
