This is for the service department. The sales department was excellent and they support my Local Military order of the purple heart Chapter 730. John Barr gave us an excellent deal personally. We had our 2024 Grand Highlander in for the airbag replacement recall and the hard plastics in the rear side cargo areas were really scratched up. Didn't realize it till later but we hardly use the car. We use it less then 2500 miles a year!

it took 3 hrs for a green service done. also the dealer only gave me 19% discount, even though I showed him the coupon at the beginning and empasized several times.

Salesperson was fine. However, i’ll has been 13 days since I paid Findlay to register my new vehicle and I have yet to hear a single word about the status. My temporary registration expires in a week and a half. I would appreciate an update.

Well for one I was given the wrong car when told my car was ready. I was then told that my oil pan was broken while oil change happened… leaving me without a car I was not able to go to work the day of the service and the day after. When I was told my car was ready I was still asked to pay for the service which I felt was beyond insane. Very unfortunate due to the fact I had been a loyal customer here for 2 years now.

Had to wait over two hours for routine service. My 2018 Highlander has about 13500 miles on the odometer, and this service department informed me that the constant velocity covers -CV boots -needed replacement for $1500. About two days after this service, the check engine warning illuminated. Poor time management lack of communication not horrible but needs improvement they would not communicate with me directly they quoted me 30 minutes to an hour I was at the dealer for almost 4 hours

I have the complaint that whenever I go to the dealer there is always something that needs repair and many times it is not necessary. They told me it needs tires and alignment, when I already did it. There was one time when they recommended doing a job that had already been done by the previous service, I discussed this with a service person. And the last thing is that in the last service, they told me that there is an oil leak and that the repair is almost $5000, I can't believe that a Toyota car starts to break down so soo... read more

Received an oil change. Brought car home and parked. Next morning oil leak underneath car on driveway. Called dealership closed on Sunday not able to take care of.
