Went in for an oil change and someone threw away my gated community sticker permit thinking it was a mileage reminder. Absolutely pissed that I have to go through this.

Went to Toyota to exchange a battery that was still under warranty. I was told to pay 50% for battery with a 84 month warranty. My battery die after 3 years of use. I was under the impression that the battery would be exchanged free of charge because of the warranty. I am not happy with Toyota.

Technical/mechanical staff needs to pay attention in any small stuff to put it in place where belong ., they should make sure to put it back in placed.. damage start s in stuffs small not in placed sometimes it may lead to or it may result in accident., example air of the tire simple but may lead blow out the tire , definitely not right to have the 2 of tire on the left side air have 38 air tire and 2 on right have 34 ., that’s my second time experience. That’s all

20 minute wait to see a service advisor as the first car in the bay. 3 hour total wait for an oil change. All with an appointment at 11am. I will not be back.

Everything was good except. The customer service. The person that helped me. he's no happy, like a robot very serious. No people scales.

First of all Jordan didn't help me this time. Kai did. 2nd I was offered a loaner car but ther3 were none available. 3rd I just got my drums replaced, $100 part $250 in labor. Been coming there for 13 years but I'll be getting service somewhere else going forward

Dealership is nice. Service took too long for a tire balance and rotation with air filter replacement. 3 hours.

Service center doesn’t care to call when they are finished the service and they really don’t care
