Rafael was very attentive and told us everything about the process and gave us time to look at the new car. When the new car came out of the lot Rafael told about every little detail even that the i-pod can be pluged in.

Findlay is a friendly place, nice coffee of coffee, but that's were it ends! Salesman texts me while I'm sitting in the dealership waiting on my 14 recall to be corrected. Truly amazing how lazy a representative can be! Everything was following the plan, when I was told I needed to leave my 2023 tundra for a month or so for a new recall. My engine, only 15,000 miles on it. Problem is my travel plans have been altered. Driving to Colorado is out and no one at Findlay Toyota could address the problem with me. Car being serviced, text to sell it you! NO WAY! Don’t do it again.
The Service Manager needs to be aware of the unprofessionalism I experienced when picking up my vehicle. The Service Porter that pulled my Supra up, was excessively accelerating/revving my vehicle down the back lot numerous times, before pulling into the service drive. I hope my vehicle is the last time he does this, as it is extremely inappropriate. & it does not make me feel like you guys are taking care of my vehicle, while in your possession. This visit was a beback from a previous one. Due to a poor job they did last visit. I will never come back to this dealer for service or anything.
They determined the issue with my TACOMA was the starter and said they replaced it. This is umkown, but the Emergency break feature was dismantled presenting a safety issue. I live an hour and a half from the dealer and they have no loaner vehicles for me to drop this back off. Also if they hook it back up, I am afraid you have a factory recall coming in the starter and the auto break not working together, causing the vehicle to not start with the button, thus why they disengaged this feature all together.
