Mechanics are incompetent they broke my studs and played dumb also the service tech knew and played stipid
Sales was great. Everything else was a nightmare finance,delivery of truck. Would definitely hesitate to recommend

Having been a Findlay customer for some 20 years, yesterday was by far my worst experience. My two-hour appointment turned into four hours with absolutely no communication for the first three-plus hours. The $325 estimate turned into $1600. I finally retrieved my vehicle and left without the repair. Two individuals outside of the service department did stop by when they saw how long I was waiting to check on me, which I appreciate. You can do better than this Findlay.;

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICE HERE, They do a horrible job, they dont pay attention to the work they do, they have lazy incompetent employees, They dont honor warranties, and they dont own they own employees mistakes, they ruined my vehicle accessory that cost me over $1600 and kept my vehicle for 3 days without getting any work done. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO FINDLAY TOYOTA SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Had a 2pm appointment, was told on arrival there was a two hour wait, and since I’m waiting anyways I could get my alignment done in the same timeframe! I find it disconcerting that I had a scheduled appointment yet still had to wait in the queue for my service to be done. I also find it disconcerting that adding an entirely different maintenance could still end up taking the same amount of time as my scheduled maintenance?
