One of the worst experiences in dealing with dealership/repair centers ever. I wish there is anything lower than 1-star to give this Toyota branch. Really disappointed of how they deliberately tampered with the engine component to force having it replaced IMMEDIATELY. I advise customers coming to this branch to emphasize to the customer agent that they must not manipulate or force inputs using the Techstream for any component before they get your approval to received the service. Very incompetent. Service department does not focus on service being done. A long time customer but the service and treating customer has gone down a lot. No longer providing a car wash after service is done. No longer a good dealership to have your Toyota worked on!
Original problem, starter going ad. didn't always start. Told I would receive a call or text and I did. Job was quoted around $450ish. received call three hours later saying a new started was $1,150ish and that they couldn't replicate the problem. Understand that, happens with cars. kept another day and could not replicate problem. Understood. I told them to change the starter anyway because of unreliability issues in the upcoming summer heat. I brought my truck in for a trailer backup guide pop-up warning message that was on. After picking it up my camera system was malfunctioning more than when I brought it in. The warning light was cleared but that was it, I still have no trailer backup guide lines, the camera system no longer turns on under 10 mph, and I can't toggle through my camera angles and in case you were thinking it, I did go through my settings. They did not want to admit that there is a manufacturing defect on the car seat The seat keeps breaking and all they say is that the external force that is causing it By the way , it is the passenger seat and it is the only seat that keeps breaking
Take me to hour for oil change, but they didn’t change the oil. After tow hours wedding. Oh you’re car oil is OK. you should tell me the beginning you don’t need oil change on 5000 miles
Had ToyotaCare 5K / 6 Month service performed. I inspected the service performed when I got home and found every wheel lug nut over tightened. One was at 110 ft/Lb, 16 at 100 ft/lb and 3 at 80 ft/lb. The correct torque spec is 76 ft/lb. Found 12 damaged lug nuts due most likely to improper use of a pneumatic impact wrench adjusted to a high torque. Found 1 missing valve stem cap and 2 extremely loose valve stem caps. Found 3 tires inflated to 36 psi, 35 psi, 32 psi and 1 tire correctly inflated to 33 psi. The poor workmanshi... read more
4 no return phone calls regarding a refund for no camera installed. Was not given pet covers when asked and the salesman said he would throw that in.
Took my car for toyota care service, and they overfill the engine oil, I spent one more day taking back my car to drained the overfilled oil
