2 hour estimate by advisor turned into a 4 hour wait. Offered me a 15% discount instead of 20% discount as advertised.
I love my car and I am very happy with it but this time when I was there he told me l should have a tire balance it only has 9000 miles on it and I barely drive it on the highway. I know that it was just a up sale. Then l had a low tire and they said it was a leak which could not be fixed and I had to buy a new tire. Service rep was very helpful. However, I got a screw in my tire during service and upper management refused to cover it because I left the dealership before reporting it.
They have no respect for appointments and/or customer’s time even when they received the parts.

Came in with a “Hybrid system malfunction visit your dealer “ warning left the car overnight and found a rental by googling..got notified that my car was ready to pick up several hours later …told them I would pickup next day …got told by the service department that all it needed was a system upgrade ..no charge ..left the dealer and several miles later the “service needed light “ came on we turned back and talked to them about why this was going on …was told they only fixed the problem but did not do a complete system analy... read more
I witnessed a valve cap flying off a tire as my car was driven to pick-up. My oil change sticker wasn't updated so I had to check the paperwork to make sure an oil change was performed. I just spent $1000 on service and am doubting that the work done? Come on. Also, I'm getting bothered by Findley salespeople via text. I unsubscribe every time but they keep bothering me from different numbers. I ask for help to make it stop and no one has.
Disappointed no warranty on flat tire. Wanted to charge me $565 Firestone only charged $365
