I took my Toyota Tacoma with a noise, it took 3 tries and a week to fix the problem, I picked it up and realized my alarm wasn’t working, it was good when they got my car, I took it back, after a day I called twice, they don’t answer my calls.
I brought my truck in for a/c changing temp and light on ac button flashing, was told needed ac discharge and recharge, which I understand to see if leaking or low on freon, then was told that blend motor door was stuck in window defrost mode and not blowing properly, approved repair, but when got truck it was still blowing was still changing temp, and this all seemed to have started after bringing my truck in for oil change on July 25 th, I was shown picture of dirty cabin filter and opted not change at that time, then afte... read more
my dash cam is not working after the change oil. .its working when we give my car to them to change oil..
I don't want to write a novel to satisfy a survey requirement. So don't include it.
My biggest complaint other than the high prices is the new checkout system. You have to try to find your service advisor instead of going to a cashier so you have 20 or more people doing the job of two that makes no sense.!
I arrived on time for 1:15pm appointment on Aug. 19 for the Green Service. After waiting for 1hr30 mins I texted the agent Kevin who managed my service. About 20 mins later, he called me my car is ready. On my way back home, I found my old service label is still on my window without the new service label. This makes me not very happy. The aggressive sales culture at Findlay's Toyota is disgusting. Sales people are lurking in the parking lot, ready to pounce on customers as we drive up. Sales manager offered me to flip a coin to potentially get a bigger discount while risking the discount we already negotiated. Sales count dashboard is hung up visibly for customers to see. Gross. We love Toyota as it builds great cars but the sales culture at Findlay is causing us to rethink whether we will buy another Toyota in the future and will definitely not recommend... read more
The luggage cover was not installed correctly. The maintenance took considerably longer than expected. I was a little disappointed this time.
The service department is great…. but sales needs improvement big time, I did not realize that sales doesn’t care about the customer
