Second visit for the same problem and I’ve been advised that I’ll need to make a third visit for a problem that should have been taken care on 1st visit and most certainly taken care of by a 2nd visit. Had appointment at 10:30, started working at 11:45. Finished at 1pm. The wait was too long.
Did the diagnosis for $557 that’s too much I’m not happy with that whatever you go it’s way cheaper than that. I pull the car. I didn’t even fix it with Toyota. I’m not happy sorry.
Service took way too long for a oil change should have no more than a Hour it took 2 1/2 hours want go back for this service Armndo was good but did not tell me it wa going take 2 1/2 hour when I had an appointment
I don’t like to throw employees under the bus, especially without fully understanding the circumstances, but I do want to share my experience. The past few visits, I’ve been quoted similar time frames for a standard oil change service (around 1.5 to 1.75 hours). Unfortunately, the actual service times have consistently far exceeded that estimate. Some taking over 3 hours, with one close to 4. I don't want to write anything at all! Why do I have to? XXX
There was a precall where everything was reviewed the day before. Upon arrival we had a ONE HOUR wait and had to go to his desk where he still was not ready for us. He had no idea what we were there for and started to say they were going to do items completed about a month before. This is not acceptable service, I’m paying for the professionalism of the dealership.
Was told about 2 hours wait and it took over 4 hours before I got notification that the car was done.
I took my Toyota Tacoma with a noise, it took 3 tries and a week to fix the problem, I picked it up and realized my alarm wasn’t working, it was good when they got my car, I took it back, after a day I called twice, they don’t answer my calls.
