I have always had great service but this time it took three hours to get your tires put on my car and align. That is unacceptable and should never take that long. On top of that I texted my service person, Kevin, twice and he never responded. That is equally unacceptable.
Very disappointed I had to go back because my car was leaking oil after the 10k mile service, and luckily I noticed other ways it will run out of oil before the next service.
On 10/18/2025 I was in for service on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma ! Just sitting minding my own business when I received a text that we want to buy your truck ! The lady sales person was very nice named Cassie ! Horrible experience. I have to wait for 5 hours to get my truck back from maintenance. The technician stop working on my truck and went over to start working on another car without fixing my first. Manager came over to try to explain what happened but I didn't believe anything he said. But for sure I won't come back again for service or to purchase anything from this dealer. By the way this is the second time it happened first time they took more than 3 hours just for a regular service. This place is a joke.
On October 11, 2025, I went into my appointment at Findlay Toyota at 10am and met with the sales representative. After the credit inquiry, signing the lease contract, paying for the first month, moving my belongings out of my previous vehicle to the new Toyota RAV 4 LE Hybrid, and transferring my insurance, I was told the deal was not valid bc the sales department added the wrong incentives to the vehicle.
No one clearly explained there would not be an oil change; when I asked about it afterwards I was condescendingly told that she had explained it prior to the service. Whether or not she had mentioned it at the start of the service she had no call to be rude about it later. It is an entirely new thing for trucks to not have 5k oils changes.
Tried to charge me for a free oil change, took over 4 hours to complete
Maintenance mode not reset Tire pressures not checked Ended up calling Emilio and have him check the camera if they really did tire rotation. He was really nice and did his best to help me. I’ve been with toyota for 20 years and this is the first time it happened. So I feel like something should be done so It won’t happen again. Those minor mistake can lead to big ones. But it gave me doubts! But still, good service Emilio!!!
The purchase of the vehicle was an absolute abortion and I would never purchase from them again. The service department has been doing well on both my experiences.
