AC clutch failed within the first 20 miles
You sent me the wrong part with no information how to return it
Still aint got it paid Xtra for shipping
Ford Dealer couldn't fix my truck because the parts were no longer available, so I came here to get my parts. Ordered the parts that I needed and some of them arrived in a box way to large with very little packing, the compressor and accumulator boxes were open bouncing around in the large box causing a hole in the large box and allowing the O-Rings, Oil, and Expansion Valve to fall out somewhere along the way. Very thin boxes.
I bought an ac kit on 9/11 and received an email saying my order has been processed it's now 9/19 the kit still hasn't shipped I've sent 2 emails trying to get information on when it will ship and haven't received a response yet either
I paid extra to have the part shipped within 2 days. Nothing has been sent. When I try to call there's no answer ever.. was I robbed? Lol
I ordered the correct parts according to your website. When I called customer service they were unhelpful and told me that I had to pay return shipping for YOUR mistake. I was willing to reorder but since customer service isn’t knowledgeable and/or unwilling to listen to my problem I don’t have confidence that you can correct this issue. In the meantime my truck is out of service and I’m out $350 due to your incompetence!
Are you running a scam? I placed an order on 08/27/2026 and I have not received anything. I have also called the customer service line and was told someone would get back to me and no one has. The box that my a/c condenser came in had one very large hole in it and so did my condenser.
