Completely dishonest with no customer satisfaction what-so-every. Should not be allowed to do business at all. Order compressor by number. Exact picture not available. Sent me a new one with no manifold which I need. Did not make me aware of this. Want more MONEY UP FRONT to send another. They do not seem concerned they screwed up by not telling me " out of Stock so I could buy elsewhere. Sent a defective compressor...when we hooked it up, it immediately blew the fuse. Tried again...immediately blew the fuse again....the unit never turned on. Company would not refund claiming the condenser/drier unit wasn't replaced simultaneously. No fluid ever traveled through the Discount AC parts compressor causing it to fail...it was shipped with a dead short. Bought a junkyard compressor and it works great...no problems. Buyer beware

I'm pretty disappointed with Discount AC Parts. I ordered a new OEM compressor for my Acura TL, and had it installed at my local Honda dealer. The initial appeal of saving $300 versus dealer price seemed too good to pass up. In my case this ended up being a costly mistake. The part I ordered from Disc AC Parts, turned out to be defective, and suffered a complete failure within weeks of installation. part order #783614 was ordered 7/10/14, was incorrect part as viewed on internet picture, this is your part. Item was not excepted and returned to sender. Part order #784515 was ordered on 7/12/14, received on 7/18/14, installed by dealer 7/24/14, system works great, am very happy with your product.

AC compressor quit after 2 days. This company won't stand behind their products--stock answer is "bad install" even when we know the AC compressor and repair kit was installed correctly. Clearly a defective compressor. Don't buy from them and waste your money!!!

ORDERED A COMPRESSOR TOOK OLD ONE OUT SYSTEM WAS FULL OF METAL.OWNER DID NOT WANT TO PUT THAT MUCH MONEY IN TI. CALLED AARON HE SAID WE WILL TAKE IT BACK NO PROBLEM WILL E MAIL A RETURN. THANS AARON GREAT SERVICE. TO BAD WE COULD NOT GET THE JOB.TGIF.

Ordered a Dodge A/C comp Got a e-mail part wasn't available More expensive was and promised a dryer for free Dryer was not sent $55 part not sent called got a $20 credit...WOW

Disappointed in making purchase due to paying for installation twice at a mechanic after being sent an defective part. Will never buy from a unreliable site again because I wasn't aware this purchase is only useful for a mechanic becuase at least they only lose out on time and not money too.
