Disappointed in making purchase due to paying for installation twice at a mechanic after being sent an defective part. Will never buy from a unreliable site again because I wasn't aware this purchase is only useful for a mechanic becuase at least they only lose out on time and not money too.
Very disappointed. Oil had completely leaked out of the bottle in shipping, My highly rated a/c repair facility had to weld an extension tube onto the drier as it was incorrect, costing me additional money and the expansion valve was incorrect. Emailed numerous times and tried calling without success. The support person was very argumentative and acted like he was doing me a favor even though parts were wrong! Big mistake ordering from this company!
This is by far the worst online company I dealt with. They do not know the meaning of next day shipping. I paid for next day shipping, I couldn't go to work waiting for the part, I called in , I was told it was shipped ground even though I paid for next day air. Avoid dealing with this people , it will save you a lot of headaches.
Okay found these guys by chance. 1/2 the price then my local dealer! Henry is a professional representative who only wanted to make me a deal and provide me with excellent customer service. Dont waste these guys time by calling around honestly. Tom
I bought discount ac parts after market compressor with the complete AC kit for our 2002 Dodge Ram 6/25/12. They talked me into believing their after market product was better than OEM. My son who is a mechanic and has worked on air-conditioning installed it following the instructions. By 9/27/12 it was doing the same thing as the old one. I called them to have it replaced on the warranty. They were very rude and told me they wouldn't replace it because he had to have put it in wrong. Pray that you don't get a bad part! Ordered 2000- Honda- Odyssey- All ModelsAC Kit and 2000- Honda- Odyssey- All ModelsA/C Condenser. New Compressor will not function from the get go and is found to have defective clutch. Warranty covers compressor but we were told we have to pay Deposit $150 to have one promptly shipped. We were given the option to return defective compressor via shipment by UPS with supplied label from them. Poor customer service, call you to straighten things out and offer things that they never follow up on. Not impressed!
