I payed for my parts..I Never Received My Parts..and No one at this Facility or Company will answer my calls or Emails to explain why they accepted my money but would not send my parts. I ordered the parts form from another store last week and received my parts 3 days later.
I confirmed with your chat person that my purchase went through but then you started emailing me about unnamed issues. I chatted again with your person who insisted that I had to call in because there was a security problem. I said security issues are flagged by banks, not vendors. I got a ac compressor kit from them with condenser and expansion valve. The images on there site clearly shows the connector on the compressor matching the one I have now. Yet the one I received did not. I call them explaining that I received the wrong part. There solution was to splice the connector from the old compressor to the new one. You heard that right now send me a new compressor not even send me a new connector to splice on. Was sent the wrong part then they hassled me then strong arm me for more money for them to ship new part. Then new part comes and clip is broke. Will never use this company ever again!

The AC compressor bolt holes weren't drilled straight and wouldn't bolt on the engine block. The differential tube is in the liquid line on a dodge .This is too be changed as a complete unit. They sent just a differential tube. They didn't respond to my problem with the product. Don't deal with theses guys.
Parts didn’t fit as stated, won’t take parts back after 14 days and they took 10 of those days to get delivered
I purchased an ac compressor for my truck. After purchasing it I had a question about the product. I emailed them, never responded. I called them. No one answered. Shipping time is terrible. Regret buying from them. I do not recommend them.
I order an AC Compressor for my 2010 BMW X5 x30iDrive...... I originally ordered a unit that would fit a 6-groove pulley, they sent me a unit that would only fit a 4 groove pulley. Obviously would throw off my timing for the BMW and it would not work. I emailed, called, everything on several occasions to get the correct part. NOTHING. Not a thing back.
