My compressor locked up under warranty. I have been calling every single day several times a day from the moment they open for a week now. Impossible to get them to answer the phone! I have lost count of the phone messages and e-mails I have left and sent with my contact info to please call me. I ordered a 2009 Kia Rondo AC compressor and they sent me a universal one. I called and spoke with someone and they just told me to screw some extra holes in it and it should hit... Not true... My mechanic send they sent something totally wrong. Terrible customer service... I even have to pay for the return.. Very disappointed..
Purchased an A/C compressor on 10/28/2016 for our ford f-250, had it installed by a mechanic on December, within 2 days the pulley started to wobble and the clutch assembly completely fell off ( no kidding), contacted the seller through ebay, they took their time for the 60 days to come up so we can not any longer leave a negative feed back and then denied our return
AC Compressor for 2008 Honda C-RV I replace AC Compressor in two hour included recovery and recharge 134a and replace accumulator drier/ I am also recommended Discount AC Part to the all employees at my work CO.
The shipment was not as described on website. Parts including AC Compressor were just thrown in box with NO packing material. NO INVOICE OR WARRANTY INCLUDED IN SHIPMENT. None of part numbers matched original order and email invoice!!!
I ordered a condenser for my 2003 Eclipse. The ordering was easy and shipping was fast. The condenser (Part 60-60014 ND) arrived and was is excellent condition. When I attempted to install, it was not the correct size. It was too wide and would not fit into the frame. I measured it and compared it to the original condenser. Overall disappointed in so-called customer service policies. Not only was i sent the WRONG PART for my 2008 Mustang, but they were unwilling to take the item back or workout an exchange for another part for another project on i was needing on my car. The part was brand new and unused, but still unwilling to work with the customer, due to so-called service policy. I will never do business with this group again.
make sure you do not mind having Chinese parts. They NO WHERE tell you that the UAC AC compressor (their biggest and main seller) is made in China. They spend all their time praising themselves about how other companies are fly-by-night, rebuilding or making AC parts in their Garage and that the picture they are showing you is the EXACT part you need for your car (watch that play on words ( it may be the part exactly for your vehicle but it is not necessarily the part you will get!!!) Glad I found this place on-line. Local repair shop quoted $1200.00 for a/c compressor replacement and charges the system. With discount a/c parts, I had a total of $550.00 with another garage installing and charging system!
