Good prices seemed easy enough. Problems - part was not available after I had ordered it. Called they (do not know who or what day I called) told me part was out of stock. They "could send me a "new one" for $25 more. I said ok. I have heard nothing. No shipping info or any other info. I sent another email late this afternoon. That is what is happening.
Delivered on time except you require a signature??? Missed the 1st one since no one was home and had to TAKE A DAY OFF WORK for the 2nd. That SUCKS... especially for car part. If it's not you then it's your carrier, and you should specify no signature required.
AC compressor came quickly, worked, mechanic complained about the pulley--he adjusted.
I have no regrets about the purchase. I was unable to obtain a phone number to speak with a technician to find out how much oil I needed to put in the unit.
When I placed my order I couldn't believe the cost and felt there was a catch. After installing the compressor and the related parts, I know that they will continue to get my business. I've run the unit this summer and there have been no problems or worries. Since my purchase, I have recommended them to anyone that needs to service or replace their air conditioning. I placed an order online 9-5-2011. After a week no order arrived. So I called the 800 number after 5 to 8 min. a rep came on line. He informed me there was a problem with my credit card number and I had been e-mailed about the problem. I had received no e-mail. When I gave him my credit card number again he told me it wasn`t anything like what they had. But I could see on the order the last 4 numbers that they showed were correct. my compressor had 2 electrical connections the replacement had 1 I called to find out what to do and there was a lack of communication between me and the rep on the other end but Eric the sales manager called me back and we got it figured out.
I recently purchased an air conditioner kit for a 2000 chevy blazer. it all went well until the kit arrived at my home..I found out that the A/C compressor has a flaw in it..
