Want a bad deal, order from Discount AC Parts! I ordered a new part and received a remanufactured part. The salesperson lied, sent an aftermarket part, and would not pay for the shipping return. I am out shipping and time lost for their mis-representation. After a bit of reading, their lie also cost me a restocking fee. DO NOT BELEIVE A WORD THEY SAY! Keep looking for the correct part from another company.

My first bad auto parts experience! I have an old car and order parts for it all the time. I hate to write a bad review, but feel others should know. Summary: Either 1) this company doesn't have its act together and it really is just a matter of crossed-wires; or 2) they really tried to scam me and get $70 more for a compressor I ordered. I bought a compressor and clutch they came defective, call to have the issue rectified and was treated poorly by a representative. However the manager Eric called me and the situation is resolved. Issues will arise, but it's the end results that matter to me.

The shipping took 2x as long as we were told it would and when he went to put the part on it was the wrong one. unfortunately today is Saturday and customer service is NOT OPEN.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LIAR NAME BILL CALL WONT A HIGHTER RATING SIAD HE WOULD FIX STELL DONT HAVE THE DAM PARTS FOR MY TRUCK 2 WEEK I WELL NOT BUY A THANG FOR THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very dissatisfied with their return policy.They don't tell you that there is a pre-paid shipping label that they will send you if the part you ordered was not the part they sent you. Because I could not wait an extra day for their new part to be sent to me ,I had to involve my credit card company to get a refund. There Customer service dept. stinks, should be one person assigned to you and you should deal only with him ,not 4 people at different times to solve a return problem.

Phone service was great to get order placed. We cancelled order 10 minutes later. Waited for credit to account, never received!! It took 3 phone calls to get any result as to a credit, now still waiting for credit. Very poor service and a waste of time if you have to cancel, poor follow through.

Good prices seemed easy enough. Problems - part was not available after I had ordered it. Called they (do not know who or what day I called) told me part was out of stock. They "could send me a "new one" for $25 more. I said ok. I have heard nothing. No shipping info or any other info. I sent another email late this afternoon. That is what is happening.

Delivered on time except you require a signature??? Missed the 1st one since no one was home and had to TAKE A DAY OFF WORK for the 2nd. That SUCKS... especially for car part. If it's not you then it's your carrier, and you should specify no signature required.
