All I can say is WOW, From customer service to shipping and receiving it. I order this from Chris on Friday, Explained that I needed this part by tomorrow. Not only did he keep the costs low (considering overnight by air) but it was here at 8am Sat morning. Parts where exactly what I ordered and installed without any problems. All I can say is if you don't shop from here your wasting your time and your hard earned money!!!! Would give you 10 stars if it would allow, Great job. Mr. Carter
HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'm so frustrated with the level of service that going into the details only continue to frustrate me. It's obvious there are a bunch young guys that, although they may be knowledgable in automotive's, they certainly know nothing about cutomer service!! The worst part is I already gave one of them a great review, at his request, and I now reget it!!
I indicated that I wanted the part that I ordered on Monday overnighted to me as I need the part by Wednesday. I received an email regarding shipping on Tuesday and it indicated that the item was shipped regular ground. I called the company to inquire about this and they said that they were sorry about computer glitch on their part and I could pay an additional fee of $80 to have the shipping of the item returned to them so it could then be overnighted to me for delivery on Wednesday. New a/c kit was ordered as indicated below. Compressor has now failed. The compressor was working fine up to yesterday. From cold air to no cold air. My wife took the car into our mechanic who diagnosed the problem as a defective compressor. I called and have been working with Tom. Thank you for sending a replacement A/C kit for my 2002 Cadillac Deville DTS.
Want a bad deal, order from Discount AC Parts! I ordered a new part and received a remanufactured part. The salesperson lied, sent an aftermarket part, and would not pay for the shipping return. I am out shipping and time lost for their mis-representation. After a bit of reading, their lie also cost me a restocking fee. DO NOT BELEIVE A WORD THEY SAY! Keep looking for the correct part from another company.
My first bad auto parts experience! I have an old car and order parts for it all the time. I hate to write a bad review, but feel others should know. I bought a compressor and clutch they came defective, call to have the issue rectified and was treated poorly by a representative. However the manager Eric called me and the situation is resolved. Issues will arise, but it's the end results that matter to me.
The shipping took 2x as long as we were told it would and when he went to put the part on it was the wrong one. unfortunately today is Saturday and customer service is NOT OPEN.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LIAR NAME BILL CALL WONT A HIGHTER RATING SIAD HE WOULD FIX STELL DONT HAVE THE DAM PARTS FOR MY TRUCK 2 WEEK I WELL NOT BUY A THANG FOR THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
