When removing the old compressor for my 1996 Lincoln Continental and ready to install the new one it did not line up. The one you all sent i believe belongs to a Lincoln Town Car 2 totally different cars.
Product damaged in box,also transmission line fitting leaks. Tried contacting company with zero RESULTS for 1 week now. Radiator is useless unfortunately. Zero customer service so far. I do not recommend this company or product unfortunately. I don't want someoneelse to go through all this.

I ordered A full replacement Compressor kit. 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5L Engine Non Hybrid A/C Compressor and Components Kit 60-81776 RK. When I received the Kit the packaging was completely in adequate and when I opened it the compressor pully had dings and chips out of it. I ended up having to sand down the burs so it would not destroy the belt. The dryer had no way to attach the dryer censor (wrong part ) and the O-rings were too small and would not seal. This place is a complete joke when it comes to customer service. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company they will do everything they can to take your money and run. Worst experience I have ever had in all my years in the automotive industry.
I placed my order online for compressor & received and email, suggesting additional items i needed, I called in and spoke with Agent Siego, was rude and obnoxious towards me than he abruptly hung up on me, I called back an he put me on permanent hold in an unanswered queue, this went on for most of the morning. Than I finally got an answer from anther agent name Mike who was just as Rude as Siego he put me in Queue also. If I had not place my order & paid for my merchandise I would have never called back. Ordered the condenser and compressor with ac component kit and did not receive the o rings, oil, or expansion valve. they said this did not come with it, but it clearly stated in the auction that it came with the ac component kit which their website says includes the o rings and oil and expansion value. customer service VERY unhelpful and rude. will not buy from again.
