I bought an AC kit for my Subaru and both the condenser and the compressor are both bad. One if the inlets of the condenser was clearly damaged from the factory. The compressor looks fine from the outside, but made a horribly grinding sound when the car was started. Had to pay my mechanic to do the work twice due to their faulty parts. All this company is willing to do is replace the parts, after you make a deposit of the purchase price again. Well I made my order and paid by PayPal and PayPal kind of defaulted to my billing shipping address which was a PO box. The order went through then after not receiving any tracking for days I finally called and find out after the fact that because it was a PO box the item was going to take more than twice the time to get here because they normally use ups and fedex. Ordered online and received email that there was a problem with order. I called and tell me they have had a lot of fraud and wanted to make I was correct person since my shipping address was different from billing. They canceled my order !!!!

When removing the old compressor for my 1996 Lincoln Continental and ready to install the new one it did not line up. The one you all sent i believe belongs to a Lincoln Town Car 2 totally different cars.
Product damaged in box,also transmission line fitting leaks. Tried contacting company with zero RESULTS for 1 week now. Radiator is useless unfortunately. Zero customer service so far. I do not recommend this company or product unfortunately. I don't want someoneelse to go through all this.

I ordered A full replacement Compressor kit. 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5L Engine Non Hybrid A/C Compressor and Components Kit 60-81776 RK. When I received the Kit the packaging was completely in adequate and when I opened it the compressor pully had dings and chips out of it. I ended up having to sand down the burs so it would not destroy the belt. The dryer had no way to attach the dryer censor (wrong part ) and the O-rings were too small and would not seal.
