This place is a complete joke when it comes to customer service. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company they will do everything they can to take your money and run. Worst experience I have ever had in all my years in the automotive industry.
I placed my order online for compressor & received and email, suggesting additional items i needed, I called in and spoke with Agent Siego, was rude and obnoxious towards me than he abruptly hung up on me, I called back an he put me on permanent hold in an unanswered queue, this went on for most of the morning. Than I finally got an answer from anther agent name Mike who was just as Rude as Siego he put me in Queue also. If I had not place my order & paid for my merchandise I would have never called back. Ordered the condenser and compressor with ac component kit and did not receive the o rings, oil, or expansion valve. they said this did not come with it, but it clearly stated in the auction that it came with the ac component kit which their website says includes the o rings and oil and expansion value. customer service VERY unhelpful and rude. will not buy from again.
I bought a ac compressor and sent them the information. They sent the wrong one and every man and his dog was answering the questions and each one asking the same thing send photos etc. after 3 months of back and forth with heaps of different service representatives and having to explain the whole time. They said the part was mis built and to throw it away and I’m still waiting for a new part. I ordered it December it is now May!
Ordered a compressor and what I got in the mail wasn't even close to being my order. In fact it was something from another company unrelated to AC parts at all. I tried the live chat online and when I could get it to work the rep said I must call the customer service line because he couldn't assist over the chat. I've now called three times and the recording says the hold time is more than 60 minutes. Each time I get to about 20 minutes and then I have to hang up because of work obligations. compressor failed within one year - impossible to get in touch with company. I now buy my a/c parts from pit stop auto parts.
To start with i'll say the parts work, i do have ac again. There statement of fastest shipping on the net is an absolute joke! Took 2 weeks to get from Texas to to me in FL. Condensor arrived first, fins on top and bottom where all smashed in from poor packaging. Condensor also doesn't fit a 1990 bronco as stated, completly different than original. Bottom bolts don't line up at all, had to drill new holes and rig up to get it in. Got about 10 of the same email all with the same tracking number all for the condensor. Called t... read more
The warranty process ****. You have to call, because they don't handle warranty claims via e-mail; and then when you do finally get your call answered, you don't get to speak to someone who can handle the exchange from beginning to end. You get transferred to another number, and then another number, where your wait time is routinely in excess of an hour. If you wait long enough, you eventually get a message that says to e-mail them.
While the initial purchase and installation went well, the AC Compressor has begun to fail in less than one year. One of the reasons I purchased from this company was their stated Warrantee Policy. I have called repeatedly for more than a week and get placed onto HOLD only to get a message telling me the wait time exceeds 60 minutes. And sometimes, the call is mysteriously dropped. All I want is to exchange the AC parts without the hassle.
