"VW Jetta purchase on 11/3/2019" My experience at Capo VW spans last Saturday evening into Sunday. Dropped off my leased vehicle with Richard on Saturday and he was very accommodating with the drop off and did not pressure us to buy or lease anything new. We came back on Sunday to ultimately purchase a Jetta (which is running great so far) and we were pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful Richard and everyone at the dealer was. "4th auto from Capo VW" I bought a 1999 Passat for a family car, a 2010 Jetta as a commuter car, a 2014 Jetta for my daughter to commute to college, and now a 2019 Tiguan for my dogs. I have raised my family in VWs ... the German engineering is amazing. We take all our cars to get properly serviced at Capo VW with no major breakdowns - hoping it stays the same. Steve Skinner @ Capo VW sold me 3 of 4 and I couldn’t be more pleased. He is not aggressive and truly sells the cars...

"Immediate Attention! " My wife had hit a large hunk of metal on the freeway and cracked one of her wheels and tore up her tire. She limped in to the dealership on Thursday afternoon. She has a 2019 Tiguan SEL R line Black package that have special wheels and we thought this was going to take some time. They took her Tiguan and gave her a loaner so she wasn't driving on her spare. "Superior Service " The service department has gone above and beyond to help with servicing my car. My husband has been ill and asked the service manager to help me. I am thankful for their help.

"Really great service, always." The service dept. at CapoVW has always been very customer focused, abd very accomodating. When- ever I have a problem which is hardly ever they do whatever they have to do to help me out. My number 1 service person is Fred Evans, he is very knowledgeable about my car. So when I call he knows just what to do for me.. The other thing I really like about CapoVW is the service dept. techs themselves. They know everything and even show me videos of the work they do. I don't know of any othe dealers... read more

"I always receive great service from Capo V-Dub" I've been using the Service Department here for several years and everyone is professional & attentive. I'm on my 10th VW and have been using Capo exclusively.

"My experience " Great people, great service and I love their Lyft/Uber service. One problem however: Got my eGolf back and while driving home got tire pressure warning (low). I know that you did tire rotation but why the warning popped up?
