"Great dealership! Highly recommended " I had planned on purchasing a Ford but when I had difficulty getting honest information from the local dealership I thought I'd check out the VW dealership for fun. There was no pressure, good inventory and the great looking cars with excellent features and better pricing won me over. Wish I would have checked it out much sooner!

"Always A Pleasure" I appreciate the people at Capo VW and their level of care for the customers. They always manage to make me feel taken care of. That’s why my family all had Capo VW’s! My appointment this time was with Arlen and he is a wonderful example of that.

"Another Great Buying Experience!!" Close to 5 years ago, I went to Capistrano VW just inquiring about a Jetta. That's where I met Richard McAllister for the first time. "Another Great Experience " Took my Passat in for a 30k mile service and to have it inspected for my lease turn in coming up in December. Always appreciate how helpful and willing to be of assistance Brad is. Being able to have a Lyft take me to and from the dealership was also a huge plus as I have a wife and small baby at home. "quickly in and out for a small problem...." Low beam headlamp was out. They quickly dealt with it for me, even first thing on a busy Monday morning. i waited about 45 minutes.

"Great and genuine service" I adore this dealership. They are straight forward and even provide video of the repair as they disgnose the issues. I have an old 2002 Eurovan which can be tricky to find part/work on. I am always so happy with the work the dealership does and they keep it easy. Fred was my service agent this time. Super friendly and very helpful!
