"100k Service" Called in the morning to drop off my car for a 100k service without an appointment. I was given the go ahead. Dropped off my car and received a loaner vehicle. tech and agent were very quick and helpful. Everything was easy and worked very well.

"Best customer service ever! " Capistrano VW is amazing. Always get the best customer service whether it’s on the phone or in person. This last time I was in, it felt especially stellar with Jeff Maris as our service advisor. He was knowledgeable, direct, and addresses every concern individually.

"Amazing Service" I came in this weekend super stressed because I needed to get a new car fast. After a long day of going to dealerships and feeling overwhelmed, the VW staff (especially Buddy and Nick) was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. "Quality and Assurance" I have brought my car at Capo VW several times already and I like how they made sure your car come out of the service perfectly done right at the first time. Appointment scheduling is easy. You don't need to wait several days before your car can be serviced. My service advisor, Fred, always keep me informed about the status of my car. I also really like how they take a quick video of my car on how it is doing during the service.

"Fast & friendly service." Time for the 90K service and off to Capo VW to get it done. Fred is always efficient, informative and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, additional problems were found (torn front suspension bushings) but they had the car ready by mid afternoon. Great crew here, both up front and in the shop. Been servicing my VWs here for almost 20 years and I trust these guys to do the right thing for my car.
