"Battery Replacement " My service representative Brad did a very good job communicating with me and which made the experience better. I did have to call VW customer care myself to determine battery was under warranty but other than that I was satisfied.

"Seriously great people and business ethic" Sometimes taking a car for a tune up can be like having a medical checkup...nervous to hear something you don't want to hear. At Capo VW, the service is personal and very detailed with fantastic communication. I have texts and emails with video updates if I choose, before any work is done, followed by a phone call. "Honest and friendly experience! " Worked with Curtis And he was upfront and honest. We came from a very bad experience at another dealer and Capo was a breath of fresh air. Didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of. After I purchased the car he spent time going through every detail. Would ONLY buy at Capo! and i LOVE my car!
