"Very helpful even though it was busy the morning of my..." Very helpful even though it was busy the morning of my appointment. Even though I can get my oil changed many other places I will come to the VW dealership because of how kind and helpful everyone is! My appointment was only to get the oil changed, but when that was done I mentioned I also need help with a Bluetooth feature of my car... and without hesitation one of the gentlemen helped me.
