"New car purchase. " Joey and Nick was awesome. The financing was a different matter. An optional cost for an anti theft device was added to the contract without my permission $430.00. The contract tract was revised the next day. I did receive an apology furor Nick but I still am not clear why it was added.

"Very fast and easy" Capistrano VW replaced a defective battery, serviced the car and fixed a leaking tire all in a couple of hours late on a Thursday afternoon. Very fast, very clean and very easy. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

"Pleasant Experience " I knew exactly what I wanted, so it was not a complicated process. However, the staff had the car ready for me to test drive and did everything they could to make the transaction as seamless as possible.
