"Fast and Good" I took my Atlas in for it's first scheduled service. The staff at Capo VW was great. My car was done faster than what was quoted. They washed it and everything. I will be back.

"Brad accommodated my drop-in to rather service department..." Brad accommodated my drop-in to rather service department with an Express Oil Change and replacement of air filter. Work was completed in about an hour and done in a professional manner.

"great service" Mike was very good at getting me what I wanted with very little hassle. A little back and forth with dealership when Mike was not at work but he took care of it on his off day.

"Just excellent service" You just don't forget your first experience, from the first day I stepped into the dealership. I didn't have good credit from day one, I purchased a certified use car, I was told if I made my payments on time, I was promised the next time that they would put me in a brand new car, which I did, it's just something i will never forget.

"Exceptional" We live in Los Angeles, surrounded by VW dealerships. I am grateful that we ventured south to Capo VW – the CPO Golf was an exceptional value, but just as important, Mike and AJ were friendly, professional, transparent, no games. We contacted Mike about the Golf, he sent a video and set up an appt. The test drive confirmed that this was a great car. We completed the paper work and he handed us the keys – all in about a few hours. We are confident that we made the right choice in the car and in choosing Capo VW.

"Dependable Service" My 2013 Golf was overdue for service. Making an appointment online was practically effortless and to my surprise, the service center is open on Saturdays! Brad assisted with check-in and prep for a rental vehicle - all with a great attitude and sense of humor. The video diagnosis by Ron (?) was thorough and extremely informative, even without complete knowledge of how a particular portion of an engine works.
