"I called with a problem code for my 2006 Saturn Ion. I was given the wrong product for that code and installed a part that was not needed. I wasted 45 dollars on a part that was already fine on my vehicle. I emailed the company like it says do resolve the issue, however they still have not responded with a suitable answer. I was planning on using Buy Auto Parts because the products are cheap, however I won't be using them in the future."

"EDIT: I was called back by the company and I am now satisfied. They sent me a defective mass air flow sensor, so I had to buy one locally so my wife could drive her car, and now they refuse to accept a return on it because it's been "installed". The thing still looks brand new it just doesn't work. The only option is have is to ship the defective part back at MY cost and get a replacement.
