"Horrible experience, ordered a wheel hub assembly and a bearing for my 03 ford focus and they sent me two bearings! Had the car at the local shop that i use and when the parts came in i dropped off the boxes at the shop not even checking to see what they had sent. My mechanic thought i just wanted to replace the bearings in both sides so he went ahead and swapped them out. "Quick delivery but from there it was all down hill. Once we removed the original fuel pump we noticed the clasps holding the float on the new pump were broken off. We had to use parts from the old pump to make it work. Once we got the new pump in and all put back the pump loud and inconsistent. First and last purchase from Buy Auto Parts."

"This was an easy purchase. The part nearly was a direct replacement. No instructions. I'm sure I paid attention in automotive class and youtube exists. The connector for the clutch was not even close to matching, but everything else worked out fine. Fast shipping."

"I'm Very unhappy with my purchase! I purchased a big 16g turbo from Buy Auto Parts and was promised it would last as long as the original. It ended up having terrible shaft play after 3 months of stock boost driving. It is now not usable and im very dissapointed. I will be talking to someone that will hopefully get me a refund. If not i will end up doing a report to the BBB."

"Everything looked good at first, but what doesn't. I ordered a set of 8 Fuel injectors for my 2001 Suburban that were made by Buy Auto Parts and were guaranteed to work/fit. Well they did fit, but my truck would not start easily, and when it started it idle incredible bad and I got random misfire error codes. Put my old ones back in, and it fired right up. Buy Auto Parts had 0 customer service. I emailed them more than once and never got a reply from anyone. Its been 5 weeks and still no response. Outside of the return time... read more

"The part listed on-line was an exact Mopar part number that I wanted. There was no indication a far inferior product would be substituted. But in short I returned it anyway as it was late and they sent the wrong part anyway. So sub, late and wrong ... guess that says it all for my experience. Buyer be Ware concerning subs and you better nail your part number like I did ahead of time .. earlier they had suggested yet another wrong part .. do your own research and call dealers etc."
