"My experience was that of dishonesty and manipulation. Jay & Jim are totaly uncoopertive and unwilling to provide any kind of customer service. It is easy for them to hide behind their computor & telephone and refuse any communication. I am totaly dissatisfied with my experience and would not recomend doing business with these people. This company operates under many business names so they can hide from there problems and any negative feedback."
"My First order went ok on my other car 98 Infinity i30. However, I recently purchased 2 wheel hubs and lower control arms for my 2006 Monte Carlo SS. The hubs fit correctly but the control arms I had nothing but problems. I removed my old control arms and installed the new arms and immediately saw that there was a problem. "I ordered the part on 11/17/2011 and 20 minutes later I found out I didn't need that part after all. I called and spoke to a counter person and told them my situation and he said it would take 3 to 5 business days for a refund. Here it is 11/28/2011, I called and asked about my refund and the person on the phone had no knowledge of me ever cancelling the part. "Today is November 27 a full 9 days after I purchased my injector and asked for 3 day delivery. This money has already been debited from my account on day 2. The Problem: I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS PART! I have a daughter in College and working who cannot get around due to this. "It took three calls over the cource of a week to finally get someone to get my order taken care of. When the radio was received, I was expecting a remanufactured radio since that was what was advertised for $189. There was no evicence that the radio was remanufactured and it had an ebay tag on it. I don't think that the radio was in stock when I ordered it, and considering the time that went by from the third phone call until the radio arrived, i believe that it was purchased off of ebay and then shipped to me. "At the moment when I found these guys I was so excited about their service BUT as sson I placed order online on sunday and PAY extra $40 for overnight delivery that's when my nightmare began !!!
