"I bought a fuel pump by phone on Tue 4Dec. Ryan the sales rep (who could talk English by the way) said it would be here in 2 days. Sure enough it was here as promised. The price was the best that I could find on the internet. I replaced the bad pump and the truck ran like a champ. I hope it last as long as the high priced one."

"EDIT: I was called back by the company and I am now satisfied. They sent me a defective mass air flow sensor, so I had to buy one locally so my wife could drive her car, and now they refuse to accept a return on it because it's been "installed". The thing still looks brand new it just doesn't work. The only option is have is to ship the defective part back at MY cost and get a replacement. I have also come to find out that this part that I bought for $75 plus $15 shipping is the exact same part that is selling on eBay for $... read more

"Will never purchase from this vendor again. The part received was defective and when we called to see about returning the part we were told we couldn't get a refund. "BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from this company. They send out faulty parts, they don't send out products on time, they will try to screw you on refunds and they have the WORST customer service I've EVER experienced in my life...and that includes dealing with notoriously bad companies like cable and phone companies. One of the managers even kept putting me on hold so he didn't have to hear me complain about them holding my money hostage.
