"The product purchased( shocks and struts) 1997 Maxima is of very poor quality. Buy Auto Parts solution is to send more of the same bad product. I asked for a better product and offered to pay more but was told this brand is all they sell. In my opinion it is chinese junk! I expected no less than a refund but was told all they could do was send 1 replacement. One replacement was sent and it too after a month is doing the same as the other 3 units. "This place sucks, I ordered breaks for my 07 beetle and was charged for the parts plus 2nd day delivery. 15 days later I still do not know where my parts are. Also this company does not get back to you when you email them, they do not have voice mail and if you call during their working hours you end up on hold forever. I surly hope they go out of business."
