"I ordered a Turbocharger on 12/31/12,on 1/4/13 we hadn't seen anything or heard anything from them yet so I called and the customer service rep told me that he saw the order but it hadn't been processed for some reason and he would take care of it. They will not exchange a part if they ship you the wrong part (mis-shipped) You can talk to them over the phone and they will make you believe that they will fix the problem. "Just to qualify this, I am very satisfied with Buy Auto Parts. Very resonable, great help on the phone when I purchased it. Fast delivery. I have a issue with manufactures. Chev and Delphi The new fuel pump was being installed in a Chev S10 If I knew I was also going to have to rewire the electrical connectors, I would have done something else.
