I also followed up with an e-mail stating that the delivery address is specific and must appear correctly in order for my mail forwarding company to process the shipment properly. "that part that I finally got was great. The first part was sent wrong, i gave a deposit so i could get the right one asap. I sent it back as soon as I got the new part it was recieved on Feb. 14 at 7.20 am Today I still have not gotten my refund. I have called four times, same story its being processed, today I called finally got an e mail sent stating , it would take another seven days. This is unreal"

"Ordered 7 new coils for my Dodge truck and the connectors on all 7 would not fit the connector on the truck it would slip in but not far enough to get the clip to lock. "Specifically asked in chat if part is exactly like the photo as the photos state. It is not. Half shaft in photo has extraction groves where part I received does not. Distance after the "C" clip appears longer in photo (SB 5.7 mm) part received is 4.11mm. Paid expedited shipping based on customer service chat which I'll never see again. What ever happened to real knowledge and honesty?"

"when i finally got the part i was satisfied with the fitment. But the hassle of dealing with waiting when i was sent the wrong part originally was hell. Plus i was told to pay in full for the correct part for faster shipping, just to find out i had to wait still , because They did not have a core instock to rebuild to send to me at the time but, was not told up front that a core had to be available for me to receive corrected part in a timely manner."
