He was courteous & helpful and we were on and off the phone in a short period of time. "Beware!! I bought an a/c compressor for 1995 Mazda Millenia. Their website claimed that this store had new and rebuilt compressors for this car. The Repair shop in Austin had claimed that they were unable to find ANY new compressors for that car. I mentioned that buyautoparts.com claims they have new ones. "I wasted a week trying to find a decent price for a mass air flow sensor at local stores. Generally the quoted price was $243 plus a core charge. One guy said he could find one for $169 but after calling four warehouses he called to say none were in stock. I was dubious about ordering online until I found BuyAutoParts and found one for $95.00 with a 1 year warranty. Two days later I installed the part and my care drives like a charm. "Unfortunately the products they offer are not what they say. I bought an alternator, according to the advertisment it was tested and fully working. The part was damaged, it had a strong and disturbing sound. And the warranty? a complete lie. I didn´t receive anything. I lost alternator and money."

"This company is terrible! I ordered an O2 sensor that was allegedly "guaranteed" to fit my make, model, and year car. It took over a week to come in. When it finally came, I took my car in to the mechanic and left it there with the part. After they already pulled out my sensor and tried to replace it with the new one they found that the new sensor was wrong. "The telephone customer service was excellent. I spoke to Noel, and he made sure that I got the right part. I have a 2007 Mini Cooper S, which is a difficult car to buy parts for. This is the year that Mini decided to change from supercharger to turbocharger, which means that half of the parts are for one engine, and half are for the other. "I bought a new A/C compressor for my (bought when new) 2002 Subaru at 197,000 miles when the Subaru dealer diagnosed failure of the OEM compressor. The BuyAutoParts rep recommended new OEM rather than rebuilt for quality issues... and a new drier ($545). I agreed (seemed sensible). My Subaru tech put it in, with the new drier and recharged the system ($300). Did not work...re-diagnosis documented a defective revolution sensor (an integral part of the new compressor received from BuyAutoParts) as per Subaru Technical Service... read more
"Had clutch kit ordered for overnight delivery. Order placed on Thurs. should have arrived on Friday. Received call from seller stating order did not ship out and should be there for Sat. AM delivery. Waited...Saturday, nothing......Monday, nothing........Tues., nothing.......clutch finally arrived on Wednesday. Please remember that I paid $50 for overnight delivery. Called seller with no return call."
