"If I am going to be honest, my review must be mixed. The people I dealt with all seemed professional and informed, but the part I paid extra to expedite was defective. I purchased an A/C compressor. After it was installed, the car's diagnostic computer indicated a bad A/C Compressor Lock Sensor. This is a sensor on the compressor that monitors RPMs and senses if the compressor belt is intact or broken. It shuts down the compressor if the belt breaks. "The parts were correct when they finally arrived. Communication was almost non-existent. I was told the parts were in stock, but they weren't and one came from one warehouse and the other came from another and the parts arrived days apart which meant the repair had to be put off for a week. Very disappointing... "

"First time using Buy Auto Parts and I have to say I'm very disappointed. The sales rep that I spoke with on June 5 assured me that the product pictures were exactly what they would ship. The order finally arrived on Friday, June 12, but unfortunately what they shipped was not the radiator in the picture. Of course, being late Friday afternoon Customer Service was already closed. "My experience with this company was fantastic. I had order and A/C Compressor Kit from another auto parts company and after 2 weeks, 5 phone calls and zero help I cancelled that order. My daughter and 10 month old grandson could no longer wait for air conditioning. Temperatures were going to be in the 90's in the next few days. I called Adolfo at Buy Auto Parts and not only did I save money but I had it the VERY next day by noon. Needless to say, I will definitely be buying all my auto part needs from them again."

"Worst buying experience ever!!! I have ordered a part at Buy Auto Parts on Saturday and was assured that it will be shipped on Monday, so I can receive it by next Saturday because I scheduled an appointment with mechanic to change that part. Since, I have not received any email or other notification about my order( could not check it through their site neither), so called them few times on Monday, to check if it was shipped or what is the status , because nobody knew what is going on, so they asked me to call on Tuesday. "part went out two months.Had to take my truck to shop to find problem.I spent over $300 for repair.When i called buy auto part for refund of part ,after talking to three different person.I was told i would be given a refund.it has been 3 weeks and refund still has not been sent out."

"Compressor was installed and is cooling properly. However, the installation was not without issues. 1). Low pressure port on compressor was at the wrong angle; had to use the old port off of the old compressor to attach low pressure line. 2). Absolutely NONE (low & high pressure lines on compressor, expansion valve, as well as O-rings for the drier) of the O-rings were the proper O-rings, had to go to NAPA and purchase correct O-rings to finish the install.
