"Ordered a steering rack and power steering pump for a 2002 Honda Accord. The rack was fine. The pump was defective. Had to get a new pump from the dealer because I could not wait for a replacement shipped. BAP was great! They sent me a shipping label and agreed to refund the cost of the pump. "

"I placed my order on August 4th and the item stated that it was "in stock" and would ship within 24 hours, and would be at my door the 8/8-8/10.
