"This company sold me a defective part, which worked for a couple of weeks then started leaking. Apparently, they have a no refund policy. If their part is faulty the first time, why would I want a replacement and take another risk?"

"Horrible service. I order 4 generic ignition coils that set off my check engine light. I then ordered OEM ignition coils to replace them. I was told I would recieve the parts Tuesday. When it arrived on Thursday, I only received one coil. I contacted customer service and after 20 minutes on the phone they agreed to send the other 3 coils 2 day shipping.
