"I found BuyAutoParts on Ebay and confirmed they held the parts I needed. I ordered and paid by PayPal and two days later, the part arrived in the UK from the US. Core value purchase does not really work for European customers as it costs more to ship the item to the US than I would be credited. However, I was pleased with the item and would do repeat business with the company."

"Part came and didn't match connections with the truck, after talking with the customer service reassuring a non-invalidation of warranty the part was spliced due to the circumstance. The compressor froze while charging the system. Called on the warranty and their policy is to first speak with the technician; Warning, if the technician does not follow included instructions part is void of warranty. "An update to an order I placed. I rated before I received the parts. The 02 sensors don't match up and they are blowing fuses. I have contacted Buy Auto Parts for the third time and get zero response. Buyer beware!"

"I will never buy from this company again! My order was shipped to the wrong address to begin with (my order confirmation from them showed the correct shipping info) and then when I was ready to return the core for my refund, I was told that my order did not have a return lable included! They would sell me a lable for $15 in order to return my core for a $15 refund. You tell me if this is not a racket to offer the lowest price and then screw you with their core return. "I purchased an accumulater/dryer. The shipping was quick but it was the wrong part. The wrong dryer was listed on the website, not our fault. I payed $45. I Payed for shipping back, received $37. Lost money on that deal. I purchased the dryer I needed locally for $29. Do the math. Bad deal, can not recommend this parts dealer. "

"The ball joints on the control arms I got went out in 250 miles. Both had about 1/16" of vertical play. It took 6 hours to change them out, and I didn't want to do it again, just to have the same thing happen. Buyautoparts did offer to replace with free shipping. But i'm going with a name brand ball joint. Buyautoparts offered $40 off the original purchase price. All in all, I'll be down over $300 to get them changed out, when it should have been a done deal. Good customer service, but very cheap product."

"Due to my invoice which stated "No Return Expected" I did not know what to make of it. Does that mean no returns are acceptable? I called in the order and I was not told anything about the return policy. Because of this I did not give a high rating. I would have wanted the rep to tell me something about this. Other than that I was satisfied. "
