"I purchased a 96 Buick Riviera Supercharger from your site. When the UPS driver delivered the product, he dropped the box on the ground and ran off. The product was damaged. The part was not packed properly, I sent pictures and never received a response or follow up email or phone call as to how I can get a replacement part for the damaged one. I am very disappointed."

"my order 827945 was made on ebay said it was for 2012 tundra what I got was for a 2000 to 2006 tundra.. so who ever does the ebay listings need to make sure whats listed is whats being sold. as far as my call to buy auto parts Dylan was good and did his job. just wish I wasn't paying to ship it back."
"Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!! They are selling cheap parts at the expense of quality. The best they will do once you install the part that does not work is to send you more of the same junk. Spend the money the first time on a OEM part that is made for the vehicle and don't give this company the time of day. Junk that is made in China is not worth the time!!!! "My husband and I ordered an AC compressor kit from Buy Auto Parts on July 22, 2014, we had it installed by an ASE certified diesel mechanic with nine years of experience, that informed us that in all of those nine years he has never had what happened to us happen with his other customers. "I ordered a Mass Air Flow Sensor that worked perfectly for about 3 weeks, then failed. I called and waited for about 4 minutes, then talked to Dylan. I told him the what happened and the symptoms, and agreed it sounded like an electrical failure of the sensor. Then told me a new MAF would be shipped to me free of charge. It was so easy and quick, I had to remind myself that I had called customer service. Thank you for putting service back into customer service."
"I ordered 1set of ignition coils for 1996 nissan maxima on 9/6 it did'nt arrive till 6 days later ,after installing the new coils the engine was miss firing even worse ,i had to purchase another set locally, i then contacted Buy auto parts.com and request a full refund on the coils , i was told first by DERECK and then Bill i could'nt get a refund because i had installed the parts, my question is how on earth am i to know if the parts work without installing them ,i may be goo,d but not that good .
