"the parts arrived to late and I had to be towed in on my way to new York I was told to day there would be 15% restocking charge I never opened box they never said there would be a restocking charge when I placed order please help me out as I am a senior and this will hurt I spent a fortune on towing and parts"

"I recently bought the shock absorber for Lexus gx470. The shocks I received is KYB brand instead of OEM Toyota. When I contacted for return, cs wants me to go buy from dealer to prove. What a hassle to get my hard earn money back. The shock wasn't cheap and I paid $800 to them. Still waiting for the shocks from dealer to arrive in order to get refund. "

"I ordered a radio for my 2004 Honda Accord. Before the purchase I had questions about the correct item to order and contacted customer service. They were very quick to answer all of my questions and I placed the order. Delivery was just as promised and the installation went very well. After less than 2 hours of my time, I'm glad to have a radio back in the car after 2 years without one at less than half the cost of a dealer or radio shop."
"The company never replied to my complaint about a return. Gold Warranty is all hype. If you have a return make sure you have all the info from the mechanic that installed it, if you are a DIY, you may want to ask about that first. You don't need the o-ring kit that comes with the $345 package, it is worthless and they do seat correctly and leak. The Compressor already comes with oil in it.
