"My order was placed on 5/19/15 at which time the rep assured me that the parts would arrive to me within 3 to 4 days. After eight days and still no parts, I contacted customer service only to find out that the parts had just shipped. Meanwhile, I am without a vehicle because it's too dangerous to drive as is. "I bought a set of replacement headlights for my 2004 Honda Odyssey. The lights look and work well but the light fixtures themselves do not seal with front edge of my fenders, there is a big gap that debris can get in. Since you have to physically remove the bumper (very expensive & time consuming) to install or work on the lights I am disappointed. "Not happy so far, everything came in my shipment except the most important part, the module to cancel fault codes. Can't install anything without that and it looks like the warehouse just wanted to get rid of some pieces laying around so they sent them to me. Pretty expensive ($610) negative experience so far; however, "James" told me he would have an answer for me no later than Monday, so hopefully I can get the part by next weekend. "
"I purchased a radiator on May 7, 2015. It was supposed to be an exact fit , but it was not. I called on May 14 and spoke to James K. about my issue. He researched the part and said it was cataloged incorrectly and that was why I received the wrong radiator.
