"Got the parts today. Everything looks fine. Very quick service and great price. The only thing that was not perfect was one of the plastic shipping protectors that covered a ball joint was broken. No damage to the ball joint however and I suspect the damage was caused by UPS and not Auto Parts. I will install these parts later this week. Thanks"
"I order a some ignition coils from this seller and paid for 2nd day air. I call them on the 2nd day and was told my order was on the truck to be delivered within the next hour. I ask the sale person how do you know because you never asked my name or invoice number? Guess what it was never shipped and the guy on the phone did not help any. "Item was deffective, At beginning they told me they will issue a store credit.Then they refused to do so. If you buying part to ship overseas DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They will not cover your shipping and will not give you a penny back until you return item at your own expense"

"Purchased a fuel pump and it only worked for a week, paid to ship it back just to find out that I am unable to get a refund, only an exchange AFTER they get around to checking it in which I was told would take 5-7 business days! "Overall I am happy with the parts and price of the kit. I did call and verify the kit was for my vehicle with front and REAR ac. I was disappointed the rear expansion valve was NOT included. It would be a nice touch to have a selection that would include all parts for that model. As it was, it cost me two extra days dealing with two different local stores to complete the job correctly. At 95-103 those were two miserable days."
