"Had to reorder to part three times. when i called the first time the sales man, said i had a po box and he could not send it,, which i do not have, then i called the second time cause i never recevied part took salesman along time to come back and tell me theres been a mistake and your part was never ordered..i was without an auto for three weeks because of all the mess ups .. poor mangement.."

"I placed my order on August 4th and the item stated that it was "in stock" and would ship within 24 hours, and would be at my door the 8/8-8/10. I understand that it wasn't "in stock" in your warehouse so their would be a delay, but here it is another week and still no tracking number?!?! "Got the parts today. Everything looks fine. Very quick service and great price. The only thing that was not perfect was one of the plastic shipping protectors that covered a ball joint was broken. No damage to the ball joint however and I suspect the damage was caused by UPS and not Auto Parts. I will install these parts later this week. Thanks"

"I order a some ignition coils from this seller and paid for 2nd day air. I call them on the 2nd day and was told my order was on the truck to be delivered within the next hour. I ask the sale person how do you know because you never asked my name or invoice number? Guess what it was never shipped and the guy on the phone did not help any. "Item was deffective, At beginning they told me they will issue a store credit.Then they refused to do so. If you buying part to ship overseas DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They will not cover your shipping and will not give you a penny back until you return item at your own expense"

"Purchased a fuel pump and it only worked for a week, paid to ship it back just to find out that I am unable to get a refund, only an exchange AFTER they get around to checking it in which I was told would take 5-7 business days! I can of course pay an $85 deposit and get one shipped out right away but why would anyone give in to this fiasco again? Not me- Never again!!!
