"I ordered a MAF for my 2005 BMW 325ci. the item was received broken. I got the run around for 45 minutes straight! What was worse than the broken item was the TERRIBLE customer service. I have no idea who they think they are but sending out a broken item and refusing o work it ou in ANY way with the customer???!!! does not sound like someone i would EVER deal with again and neither should anyone else who would like to be treated fair. "Very, very unhappy customer. First time buying parts online and the last! Ordered a fuel pump assembly guaranteed to work with my car. Received part, had a friend come over to install it only to find that the wiring harness did not fit. So I checked other web sites and they sell it with the wiring harness. So, another trip to the auto part store and more money spent. I should have bought from someone else that knew about the harness and included it with the pump. "After waiting a week for my part to arrive they sent the wrong item.Mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that makes me want or not to do business with again and the failed. I asked if the could correct there mistake by sending out next day or 2 day being I lost a week already with this mess up.Not only did they say they could not do that but then tried to charge me more than the part was listed on there own website. "I ordered a power steering pump for a 2000 VW Passat. The pump I received is a new build and looks almost exactly like the OEM pump. When I went to install there were issues with the suction hose connecting. Long story short, after getting a new suction hose the pump fit perfectly. When replacing the pump replace the suction hose especially if it is older. "Purchased a OEM radiator for my Infiniti EX35. I paid $46 for the next day shipping expecting it will arrive the next day. Since I purchased the OEM part, it will take another extra day since it needs to be shipped from the manufacture to Buy Auto Parts. I called Buy Auto Parts telling them I was concern about this and cannot wait till Monday for my part to arrive.
