"Had to return a part; Peter and others in customer service have been helpful throughout the process of getting my car fixed. Unfortunately the service center I went to was a bust. Other then that; for do it yourself people you will find fulfillment in buying from Buy Auto Parts. I have a different car and will see how its Ac/unit does. "

"I received a bad fuel pump and customer service gave me several options to resolve situation. Customer service representative was very helpful and concern. Waiting for replacement and hopefully everything works out. Unfortunately I have to paid twice for the removal and re-install again. I am not very happy about it but theirs nothing I can do. I have my fingers crossed. Sometimes parts aren't full proof and customer gets the worst end cause we have to pay to have item installed by an auto shop. "

I had to send an email a week after it was ordered asking for a tracking number and then when I received the tracking number, found out it had been shipped AFTER I sent the email.
