"Had to invoke warranty, which involved about 30 min on the phone. Sent back my old part when I got the replacement, but the bit about getting a refund "usually within 72 hours" doesn't seem to apply to me. It's been 3 weeks--no email update, but a customer rep informed me they haven't even inspected the old part I sent back."
"Easy to order parts very difficult to return. To get a return authorization I tried to use their online form to get authorization to return a part- the form would not work and said I entered the wrong code. I emailed the company and they needed me to call in to get the authorization because they couldn't do it over email. I called in and took numerous calls to get through- if you are waiting and they tell you the estimated wait time is 6 minutes or 1 minute it is not true. "Got wrong part, customers service give a running around, did want to give exchange or refund. Bad service, won't buy from this place again. "
"Horrible experience. First part made an awful sound, I was required to put a deposit for a second part so my mechanic could swap them out while it was at the shop. I spent $300 on labor the first time and $170 on labor the second time and now I can feel the AC compressor pulsing. This place sells horrible parts and takes no responsibility for making it right they just want more money from you and offer to give you a credit on future purchases. I am not going to waste money with them ever again"
"Buy auto parts is a horrible bunch of liars. I bought from them on Amazon but had to return the part because my mechanic made a mistake. He settled up with me but Buy Auto Parts shaved almost $50 off the refund. I get the shipping fees but my problem is they called me 2X to ask me to remove my review and they would reimburse me $25.00. "I purchased some parts from your company on 8/18/15 with a delivery date of 8/24/15. I received 2 boxes part of my order and parts from a someone else parts. I called customer service on 8/24/15 to inform them what happened. I was told my my would be correct and next day aired to me 8/25/15. "The overall satisfaction was excellent. There were some issues at Firestone where the service was conducted and completed. The problem was that after the initial installation of the new hose and compressor, there was a leak I discovered after arriving at work at the Houston Fire Department the next day after the installation.
