"The part I ordered was not in stock. Sold an upgrade that I wish I would have purchased else where for the same money. Returned the core only to find out I receive no credit for the part (core). Upgraded part required the purchase of additional parts for installation / modification adding to the expense of the repair."

"Extremely bad customer service. Even though you put your model year and make, the coils I purchased, that apparently fit my car, according to this website, DID NOT work. When calling to return them, they told me that they will not take them back. I will NEVER purchase from this website again. Obviously, their return policy is BOGUS and they are liars. "Orderd a fuel pump assembly for my 06 gti. I have above average mechanical skills putting in 3 other fuel pumps with the whole assembly. It was suppose to be for all models of 06 gti. At first glance it had a tab on the top of the assembly that the stock one did not, causing the plastic ring with threads that seals the assembly to the top of the tank not to fit. "To my surprise, my vehicle didn't have the OE turbo. Received wrong turbo, they wouldn't honor my purchase with correct turbo. Friendly people, never the less"

"I cant see my order in my online account. Wrong billing address. No information about the item which was not in stock, just sent one and later cames the other. I will never buy there."
