"Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!! They are selling cheap parts at the expense of quality. The best they will do once you install the part that does not work is to send you more of the same junk. Spend the money the first time on a OEM part that is made for the vehicle and don't give this company the time of day. Junk that is made in China is not worth the time!!!! "My husband and I ordered an AC compressor kit from Buy Auto Parts on July 22, 2014, we had it installed by an ASE certified diesel mechanic with nine years of experience, that informed us that in all of those nine years he has never had what happened to us happen with his other customers. "I ordered a Mass Air Flow Sensor that worked perfectly for about 3 weeks, then failed. I called and waited for about 4 minutes, then talked to Dylan. I told him the what happened and the symptoms, and agreed it sounded like an electrical failure of the sensor. Then told me a new MAF would be shipped to me free of charge. It was so easy and quick, I had to remind myself that I had called customer service. Thank you for putting service back into customer service."
"I ordered 1set of ignition coils for 1996 nissan maxima on 9/6 it did'nt arrive till 6 days later ,after installing the new coils the engine was miss firing even worse ,i had to purchase another set locally, i then contacted Buy auto parts.com and request a full refund on the coils , i was told first by DERECK and then Bill i could'nt get a refund because i had installed the parts, my question is how on earth am i to know if the parts work without installing them ,i may be goo,d but not that good . "Shipped incompatible product. Misleading warranty information. Getting replacement was a nightmare. Does not stand by warranty claims. Customer service gets aggressive and dubious when trying to claim warranty. "
"Hyundai Sonata 2002 V6 AC compressor and RX/drier purchase. I cant't fault 'Buy Auto Parts' on any aspect of my spare parts experience with them. From when I placed my order for AC Compressor and Rx/drier to when the parts arrived 5 days later to my door in Sydney I never lost track of my parts delivery. I knew which AC parts to get as I had the AC system UV LIGHT leak tested prior, so I could pinpoint which part/s of the AC system were faulty. "Awful. I will never use buyautopart.com again. Ac compressor was not a direct fit. First order and last order with you guys. Also right after I ordered I saw a coupon and called and asked if they could apply it to my order and they said no. Very unhelpful and will never get another penny from me."
