"The part we ordered and paid expedited shipping for, showed up and did not work. When we called to let them know they made us pay an additional deposit for another core, would not send the new part out with expedited shipping, and blamed me for not requesting return label for the first core. "These guys are a huge disappointment. I ordered based on the misleading ad showing two parts (which was higher than two other vendors, because the offered overnight shipping) and paid for over night shipping. "When I placed order for my fuel pump I provided them with my VIN number. I paid extra $25 to have it overnighted. When I received the part it was the wrong part. I have called C.S. and spoken to them trying to get an exchange and refund of the $25 they refuse stating it was my error yet they sent the wrong fuel pump. So not only do I have to pay for shipping back, I'm out the $25. When you prove a point they get rude and go back to there notes and not the original sales persons notes "

"Originally I ordered the wrong A/C compressor kit for my truck. The first thing I thought was" This is why I don't buy on-line! Returning this for the correct one is going to be a nightmare!" I was completely wrong in this case! The exchange was a slam dunk even though the kit I needed was not a catalog option. "I received a partial shipment, so I called the company to see what happened. They said that when they ship from their warehouse they have a tracking number but since part of the order came from elsewhere they did not have one. The agent tried to contact the other warehouse after I insisted, but said that the "only" person that could help was out of the office for a couple hours and that I should call back later.
