"This was an easy purchase. The part nearly was a direct replacement. No instructions. I'm sure I paid attention in automotive class and youtube exists. The connector for the clutch was not even close to matching, but everything else worked out fine. Fast shipping."
"I'm Very unhappy with my purchase! I purchased a big 16g turbo from Buy Auto Parts and was promised it would last as long as the original. It ended up having terrible shaft play after 3 months of stock boost driving. It is now not usable and im very dissapointed. I will be talking to someone that will hopefully get me a refund. "Everything looked good at first, but what doesn't. I ordered a set of 8 Fuel injectors for my 2001 Suburban that were made by Buy Auto Parts and were guaranteed to work/fit. Well they did fit, but my truck would not start easily, and when it started it idle incredible bad and I got random misfire error codes. Put my old ones back in, and it fired right up. "The part listed on-line was an exact Mopar part number that I wanted. There was no indication a far inferior product would be substituted. But in short I returned it anyway as it was late and they sent the wrong part anyway. So sub, late and wrong ... guess that says it all for my experience. Buyer be Ware concerning subs and you better nail your part number like I did ahead of time .. earlier they had suggested yet another wrong part .. do your own research and call dealers etc."

"I ordered a steering gearbox from them. Not even a month later the gearbox went bad. I do not know if it is bad parts or if I am a coincidence; however, I do usually have bad luck. Was not happy with the service at first but they have worked with me and done what they can to rectify the situation. Still not happy about the cost of labor for a second time (meaning no money saved in the end) but at least I am happy with the end result of the customer service. "
