"I will never buy parts from BuyAutoParts again. Ordered a $600.00 steering gear for my truck and it was found to be defective after a $300.00 installation. BuyAutoParts stated they would send another but i would have to pay for the removal of their defective part and for the installation of the replacement. Very poor quality control and lack of customer service."

"I bought an axle set for my Boxster from this merchant. The CV's fell apart when removed from the box. I returned the parts in accordance with their return policy. They were signed for and received by the business on June 5, 2014. By July 7, 2014, my credit card had still not been credited for the purchase. I then contacted the merchant. "I returned ac hoses because they did not fit my car but had to pay a 15% restocking fee. The parts are guaranteed to fit but if not, it will cost you 15%. To get return shipping paid, I was required to submit a 5 star review."

"ordered new OEM MAF as mine went bad. Was over half the price of other online shops (for a 92 325i they average about 300$). Shipped same day, got it the next, threw it in and was perfectly new and working."

"DO NOT BUY FROM buyautoparts.com!! I ordered a compressor for a Honda Odyssey and received a part that would not fit on my vehicle. The wiring harness wouldn't fit, there were 2 wires going into the harness instead of just 1 from the factory, and the top mounting bracket was at the wrong angle which would have caused the hoses to bind. I called buyautoparts.com and they said they would not pay for return shipping. I had to pay $25 to ship the part back to them and then they charged me $48.50 restocking fee. "New a/c compressor for a Sable, it came as advertised with seals, oil, accumulator hose and orifice tube. The peace of mind of getting a NEW compressor and clutch at a slightly higher price then a reman is priceless. It arrived when promised, and the only thing that would have been better is if they included someone in the box to install it for me! I will check with them on any future parts purchases. John T"
