"Extremely bad customer service. Even though you put your model year and make, the coils I purchased, that apparently fit my car, according to this website, DID NOT work. When calling to return them, they told me that they will not take them back. I will NEVER purchase from this website again. Obviously, their return policy is BOGUS and they are liars. "Orderd a fuel pump assembly for my 06 gti. I have above average mechanical skills putting in 3 other fuel pumps with the whole assembly. It was suppose to be for all models of 06 gti. At first glance it had a tab on the top of the assembly that the stock one did not, causing the plastic ring with threads that seals the assembly to the top of the tank not to fit. So as a man I said screw this tab and hacked it off. After I cut it off the diameter of the top of the assembly was still 3/8" bigger than the inside of the ring. S... read more

Received part, had a friend come over to install it only to find that the wiring harness did not fit. So I checked other web sites and they sell it with the wiring harness. So, another trip to the auto part store and more money spent. I should have bought from someone else that knew about the harness and included it with the pump. "After waiting a week for my part to arrive they sent the wrong item.Mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that makes me want or not to do business with again and the failed. I asked if the could correct there mistake by sending out next day or 2 day being I lost a week already with this mess up.Not only did they say they could not do that but then tried to charge me more than the part was listed on there own website.
