"I ordered a power steering pump for a 2000 VW Passat. The pump I received is a new build and looks almost exactly like the OEM pump. When I went to install there were issues with the suction hose connecting. Long story short, after getting a new suction hose the pump fit perfectly. When replacing the pump replace the suction hose especially if it is older. "Purchased a OEM radiator for my Infiniti EX35. I paid $46 for the next day shipping expecting it will arrive the next day. Since I purchased the OEM part, it will take another extra day since it needs to be shipped from the manufacture to Buy Auto Parts. I called Buy Auto Parts telling them I was concern about this and cannot wait till Monday for my part to arrive. "Ordered fuel pump for 2004 chevy classic. Received fuel pump for chevy silverado. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Since had the fuel pump out just went to localauto part store and bought replacement pump. Shipped wrong pump back to buyautoparts.com. Had to pay for return shipping which on a part thats twice as big as what it should of been, cost me more. Once they recieved the part back I got part of my money back. "The package arrived before the scheduled delivery! I actually ordered the wrong year parts, but no problem - for $10, I was sent a return label, (the package was 17 pounds, so this was a great deal).
