"I was told recently from a local shop that I needed an A/C compressor and it would cost $1200, so I ordered the parts I needed from Buy Auto Parts for $217 and planned on doing the repair myself, during the time it took to deliver the parts (which was short) my A/C started working again. I called them to tell them I needed to return the parts and they agreed to pay the shipping but I would need to pay a 15% restocking fee (they need to stay in business). "Terrible and rude customer service Wont even take ownership if they sell you a defective part bought a set of 4 02 sensors from them had them installed and one was faulty had to buy a brand new one and they wont refund me will never buy from this site again cheap and defective and a rip off stay away do not buy from them"

"I went online at this company's website. I spent time searching for struts and shocks for my car. I found what I needed, ordered it, and paid for it. The next day, I get an email telling me that there is a problem with my order, and I need to call them. When I did, I was told that they don't have any of my parts in stock, and they will give me a refund. Now. "2003 Jag S Type AC Compressor died. Found New replacement at BuyAutoParts.com Paid half what my service shop quoted (and the owner is a friend of mine). The shop put the new compressor from BuyAutoParts.com in and she's blowing sweet cold air. Their customer service is tops!!"

"long story short.. They made many errors on my order I had to return a product they shipped in error and did not refund me the full amount of the product. I spoke with Mike who had claimed to be the customer service representative supervisor he was unprofessional and condescending. He admitted to their faults yet still did not present a reasonable resolution. "worked fine for 1 week.after 1 week 2 of them went bad and of course they were in the back 3 cylinders that require removing the throttle body and intake manifold.ordered 3 original densos from amazon i cant be with out my car to do all the things that they wanted me to do to verify that the product was junk,my bad should have purchased original to do all that work."

"it did not fit so you say it was put in .wrong. you can stick the store credit where the sun don't shine i want my money or the parts i can only get a credit for one what happens to the other one you sell it to someone else i am going to see if i can take this to small claims court here in mass i would never spend another penny there.you said you would gave me 20 dollars back to write a good review this is the best i can do."

"Unless your absolutely sure you need that exact part do not order anything from this site. By the time you get bent over for all there charges your out any money you might save going to this site. Terrible customer service... Stay away "
