"This site had the part i needed in stock - and not the most cheapest or most expensive. I was skeptical because the internet is dark and scary, but things turned out fine. I paid for 2 day shipping, I ordered at 9am. The shop actually was closed for a race that next day after I ordered. I never received a tracking number. Then I called BuyAuto and they said "part was delivered" on Friday (the next day after ordering). Signed by the shop on Friday! "Ordered a $600 brake conversion kit and the master cylinder was defective. They told me I would have to contact the manufacturer of the kit not them to replace the master. A $30 part cost them a customer."

"purchased a drive axle for $100+. realized competitors sell for nearly 1/2 price with same warranty. Call into customer service met with a lame response. "If you can find a better price, go there". This may have been my last purchase from Buy Auto Parts."

"I talk to them and was not sure about the air bag lift shocks. They told me that they guarantee that it is the right part. Don't worry about it the man said! We guarantee that it will be the right part! The man asked me if I wanted heavy duty and I said yes. Get the shocks on and the don't lift the car off the tires. Called them and told them. Too bad because I said yes to the heavy duty. I'm not sure how heavy duty will let me tow a trailer when my car is sitting on the tires and I cant even back out of my driveway! They d... read more

"I achieved what I wanted to do, get real cold air from a new compressor, all parts are working fine. I have just 1 problem with the A/C Compressor it is very noisy, just not supposed to be loud like it is. Went exactly according to instructions, right amount of oil. I'm will wait a little bit longer to see if this noise wears off, if not I was told to inject a little bit more oil to see what happens. Thanks for the great price on the A/C Compressor kit. What kind of warrantee does this part have? Thxs Paul V."

"Sent me the wrong parts expect me to pay shipping and restocking fees only to send parts again. Now I'm forced to sell on my own to try to recap the money I'm loosing. No supervisor available to help settle the matter. Buyer beware"

"Louis and the Buy Auto Parts team AND their AC Compressor rebuilder came through for my "Frankenstein" (parts from many cars to keep it running ... ) 1973 Datsun 240Z (I purchased it new 43 years ago ... )in which I had scavenged a compressor from a 1978 vintage Datsun 280Z to keep the air conditioning "operational". "I am changing my once positive review due to recent events. I have been trying to get my money back since the 6th of July and have had absolutely no luck. I sent two emails and was ignored both times. I called three times and was given different information each time but was also assured that my nearly $200 would be refunded to me (of course after a restocking fee and shipping deduction which I believe to be unfair).
