"They shipped my part to the wrong address"
"I understood 2 day delivery when I placed order (daughter's car). The delivery was actually one week and 3 days."
"I bought it and couple of days later sent me an email saying they had an 'issue' and I had to call them. They told me they did not have the part and they will cancel the order."
"Product are advertised as in stock and you can order them even though they do not have them or can even get them. Went through whole purchase screen paid for product and then next day I get a call stating the problems. Then they have to credit me back my money. Website should match inventory and not let a customer purchase a product that you can not get. "

"I ordered an AC compressor and didn't get a chance to put it in for several months since it was for a truck not driven all the time. When I did go to install it I realized it was for the wrong size engine. Contacted customer service and explained what happened ordered another one. Was told refund would be applied once the first one was returned . I received the second one along with a postage paid return label.
