"My experience with this company was fantastic. I had order and A/C Compressor Kit from another auto parts company and after 2 weeks, 5 phone calls and zero help I cancelled that order. My daughter and 10 month old grandson could no longer wait for air conditioning. Temperatures were going to be in the 90's in the next few days. I called Adolfo at Buy Auto Parts and not only did I save money but I had it the VERY next day by noon. Needless to say, I will definitely be buying all my auto part needs from them again."

"Compressor was installed and is cooling properly. However, the installation was not without issues. 1). Low pressure port on compressor was at the wrong angle; had to use the old port off of the old compressor to attach low pressure line. 2). Absolutely NONE (low & high pressure lines on compressor, expansion valve, as well as O-rings for the drier) of the O-rings were the proper O-rings, had to go to NAPA and purchase correct O-rings to finish the install. "My order was placed on 5/19/15 at which time the rep assured me that the parts would arrive to me within 3 to 4 days. After eight days and still no parts, I contacted customer service only to find out that the parts had just shipped. Meanwhile, I am without a vehicle because it's too dangerous to drive as is. I have had to cancel two separate appointments with the mechanic because I HAVE NO PARTS!!! To make it even worse, it'll be another 5 days before I get them. "I bought a set of replacement headlights for my 2004 Honda Odyssey. The lights look and work well but the light fixtures themselves do not seal with front edge of my fenders, there is a big gap that debris can get in. Since you have to physically remove the bumper (very expensive & time consuming) to install or work on the lights I am disappointed. "Not happy so far, everything came in my shipment except the most important part, the module to cancel fault codes. Can't install anything without that and it looks like the warehouse just wanted to get rid of some pieces laying around so they sent them to me. Pretty expensive ($610) negative experience so far; however, "James" told me he would have an answer for me no later than Monday, so hopefully I can get the part by next weekend. "
"I purchased a radiator on May 7, 2015. It was supposed to be an exact fit , but it was not. I called on May 14 and spoke to James K. about my issue. He researched the part and said it was cataloged incorrectly and that was why I received the wrong radiator. He immediately created a return label for the wrong one and spent extra time finding the correct one as well as sending me pictures of it so I could see it was likely a match.
