Didn't have proper mounting holes and when I explained to customer service REP, he told me he would get back to me but instead my number was blocked after I tried to call again the day after. "After ordering a turbo online I was told that I needed to call to place the order. Whats the point of the website then? After receiving the part I noticed that it was remanufactured incorrectly. "I ordered parts online and I was sure they were the right parts. Now with my car apart I have the wrong control arms with my car apart and no money. I was on hold for 20 minutes had to call back twice. And on the phone now it's my fault that they are the wrong parts. Now they are telling me I'm not getting all my money back and that I can't get my refund until I send the parts back. This is insane. I would never order from this place again. Greg was decent but didn't say what I wanted to hear. "
"I ordered a exhaustsystem for my car, and waited nearly 2 weeks, and when I asked what´s happened with it they told me that something hade gone wrong and it was still in the warehouse. I told them that I wante´d the system as soon as possible, and I´m surprised that it was shipped out the same day and a couple of days later it was in Germany for transport to me in Sweden. The costumerservice did a great job, and now the system is on my car."
