"I found the part I ordered at there E-bay site eighteen dollars cheaper than the price I paid from there store on the web. I called and tried to get the difference back.My god you think I was asking for a million dollars. They had fourteen excuses way they couldn't refund me. Stay away from these people something not right with this company."

"I ordered eight fuel injectors that were supposed to be new for my 5.4 liter engine. I received seven for the 4.6 liter and one for the 5.4 liter that was clearly damaged. The seven for the wrong engine were also damaged and were obviously refurbished and filled with debris and particulate matter. I called BUYAUTOPARTS and complained about receiving the wrong parts and that they were damaged, dirty, and obviously refurbished. "I needed struts for my 03 cavalier and my mechanic was trying to charge me $500 just for parts. Called BuyAutoParts and talked to Addison. He hooked me up on a pair of the loaded struts for less than half the price my mech wanted. Already told my friends and family about yall. "

"the part fit as promised.. it was not comparable electronic due to quality not sure ..Chinese part on a German car lo... went to warranty the part and upgrade to a real German part... i thought it would be a nightmare... but i was surprised ..` my rep Cole was very knowledgeable and respectful as well as helpful. but they could not price match so they refunded me like it never even happened. excellent experience even though my car wasn't fixed... i will still recommend doing business with Buyautoparts.com because they do no... read more

"This is my second time purchasing from this retailer and they have been beautiful. Special thanks to Chris for making my most recent purchase effortless. That was my feelings upon purchase and I gave them 4 or 5 stars however, now that I have had to return a product which they received in their warehouse in November 24, 2014 my feelings have changed. They lost the returned parts in the warehouse and have yet to provide me with my refund and it is now January 21, 2015"

"This is not a positive review. Parts they showed online is not what was shipped. Not even for the right axle of the truck. Customer service is a joke. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Keep looking for other companies. Their ads should be considered a bait and switch"
