"Worse experience rude staff charged me for set of 4 spark plugs 74 dollars when same spark plug on amazon is 8.89 each plug. Highway robbery is what i call it i will never buy again for sure and rhe professionalisim is none existant for there customer service. I recommend dont buy from this company before you look somewhere else or expect to pay twice higher than average price. Big nistake "

"Have a 98 Honda CRV. Front end noise. Husband always buys parts at NAPA. So he changed the front struts. Still noise, so he changed and spend a few hundred dollars on every other front end part. Still noise. Then he noticed the NAPA struts were coming apart. Took them back and ordered the struts from Buy Auto Parts. The quality was superior and the noise stopped immediately. Wish we would have started here could have saved a few hundred dollars and a lot of time."
"I recently ordered headlights with a part number which was advertised and pictured, as projector headights with LED angel eyes. It did say (not exactly as in picture) However, It wasn't until after processing and shipping that I was emailed with entirely different part number (actual part number) and they were just stock headlights overpriced. "I bought a very expensive turbo for my nice german car that was defective from BUYAUTOPARTS.COM . The part was professionally installed per the requirements of warranty of this company. After the part was proven faulty and verified through my shop buyautoparts said, ''Sure we'll replace it for you but you're stuck with the professional install/labor charges on this for the second time, sorry the part we sold you was broken thanks for shopping." "Easiest return ever and with no fees"
"Bought an complete A/C repair kit for my Chevrolet suburban and paid a certified mechanic to install it. The compressor literally blew a gasket exactly 1 year after purchasing it (less than a year of it being installed). The plug blew out and decompressed everything in it. Called Buy.auto warranty department and spoke with Bil and he wouldn't even entertain talking to me about it because it was beyond the year (by 2 weeks). Lesson learned after $1000 dollars down the drain and will have to pay more to get it fixed again wit... read more
