"I ordered a Audi turbocharger TWICE from Buy Auto parts - one November last year - wrong part. And again January 13 this year - guess what? WRONG PART. To date I have not been credited for either part returned and I was told by Greg on 2 March 2017 that there is a new system and there is a backlog. Poor customer service and I am completely dissatisfied and he indicated that I would not receive a full refund as there is a fee to return - yet this company says they stand by there parts. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!"

"that part that I finally got was great. The first part was sent wrong, i gave a deposit so i could get the right one asap. I sent it back as soon as I got the new part it was recieved on Feb. 14 at 7.20 am Today I still have not gotten my refund. I have called four times, same story its being processed, today I called finally got an e mail sent stating , it would take another seven days. This is unreal"
