"I purchased a power steering rack from BuyAutoParts.com. The part failed (leaked) the day after it was installed by my mechanic. I called the company and they said they would send out a replacement as soon as they received the failed part or I could pay a deposit of $125 and they would send the replacement out before they received the failed part back. "I purchased an ac compressor from them, I had a professional install it he placed the part on and I went about my way. A couple hours later I was driving on the high way with my child and my car started to smoke really bad ! I never been so afraid in my life! "I bought these COMPLETE SET NEW FRONT & REAR LEFT & RIGHT STRUT SHOCK COIL SPRING ASSEMBLY back in August and since I have them I never felt comfortable in my car and I just noticed that they all have the same crack down from the top and they don't work at all even I ended up changing my tires few times because of that even my mechanic told me they where not good from week one and I know their is a 12 Month Parts Warranty but I never get a response "
"Beware! Found out the hard way BuyAutoParts.com will not refund parts once they are installed. They were quick to provide a replacement item (under warranty) but absolutely will not refund my money ($450.10). "At the time of purchase, BuyAutoParts.com has the best deal for the parts I needed. The shipping took a few days longer than I expected, but the parts fit. The quality of parts seemed okay, but fast forward a month or two and the parts didn't last. "I send the fuel injectors back March 5th 2017. It is now the 28th of March I've been on the phone 5 times waiting 40 minutes each time to inquire about my return.
