"Buy auto parts is a horrible bunch of liars. I bought from them on Amazon but had to return the part because my mechanic made a mistake. He settled up with me but Buy Auto Parts shaved almost $50 off the refund. I get the shipping fees but my problem is they called me 2X to ask me to remove my review and they would reimburse me $25.00. I agreed and removed it within an hour. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Now they're not returning my emails and phone calls are 20 + minutes on hold. "I purchased some parts from your company on 8/18/15 with a delivery date of 8/24/15. I received 2 boxes part of my order and parts from a someone else parts. I called customer service on 8/24/15 to inform them what happened. I was told my my would be correct and next day aired to me 8/25/15. "The overall satisfaction was excellent. There were some issues at Firestone where the service was conducted and completed. The problem was that after the initial installation of the new hose and compressor, there was a leak I discovered after arriving at work at the Houston Fire Department the next day after the installation.
