I also had a engine that was over heating in traffic. Glad I didn't also order a radiator. I could not believe how much dirt and debris was laying on the face of the radiator. "Easy to order parts very difficult to return. To get a return authorization I tried to use their online form to get authorization to return a part- the form would not work and said I entered the wrong code. I emailed the company and they needed me to call in to get the authorization because they couldn't do it over email. I called in and took numerous calls to get through- if you are waiting and they tell you the estimated wait time is 6 minutes or 1 minute it is not true. "Got wrong part, customers service give a running around, did want to give exchange or refund. Bad service, won't buy from this place again. "
"Horrible experience. First part made an awful sound, I was required to put a deposit for a second part so my mechanic could swap them out while it was at the shop. I spent $300 on labor the first time and $170 on labor the second time and now I can feel the AC compressor pulsing. This place sells horrible parts and takes no responsibility for making it right they just want more money from you and offer to give you a credit on future purchases. I am not going to waste money with them ever again"
