"I ordered an AC compressor and didn't get a chance to put it in for several months since it was for a truck not driven all the time. When I did go to install it I realized it was for the wrong size engine. Contacted customer service and explained what happened ordered another one. Was told refund would be applied once the first one was returned . I received the second one along with a postage paid return label. "I was sent a part for my Honda CRV AC Compressor and when it arrived it was not like the advertised picture with the thermoswitch. Didn't have proper mounting holes and when I explained to customer service REP, he told me he would get back to me but instead my number was blocked after I tried to call again the day after. Informed me that the part was indeed an okay part even though I told him that it wouldn't mount properly. "After ordering a turbo online I was told that I needed to call to place the order. Whats the point of the website then? After receiving the part I noticed that it was remanufactured incorrectly. The cartridge was bolted in the wrong position causing the oil lines to be in the wrong spot. I was in a time crunch so I was forced to put my old turbo back in. "I ordered parts online and I was sure they were the right parts. Now with my car apart I have the wrong control arms with my car apart and no money. I was on hold for 20 minutes had to call back twice. And on the phone now it's my fault that they are the wrong parts. Now they are telling me I'm not getting all my money back and that I can't get my refund until I send the parts back. This is insane. I would never order from this place again.
