"Ordered a fuel pump for my wrangler, had it installed, no fuel pressure, pump was defective. Called customer service, waited over1 hour for a rep. Wanted to return pump and get a refund. They wound not comply. They said since it was installed they would not issues a refund. They will send another pump, but it will take too long. I have no other way to get to my job because of lack of transportation. I would have bought one from the garage that installed this one, even though it would cost more. "I received the exact fit compressor kit just as scheduled but i was very disappointed that it only lasted two months. Yes it's still under warranty but labor to install this part is more than the cost of the part."

"My return was handled by employee James C. Unfortunately it took 3 days of 8 phone calls waiting on line for 15 min. Every time And then being told there was a 60 min. wait. Sent two emails to try to get help. Response was call Customer Service. Finally today I got thru after a 12 min wait. My intent was to send the part back get my refund and buy somewhere else. "Ordered a turbo and install kit for my VW Jetta on 8/9. Arrived several days later and tok it to my mechanic for install. After install was told that it wouldn't hold any pressure. Called back for replacement on 8/23 was told that I would have to return the part or leave a deposit before they would ship out a replacement. Would not even entertain any labor support or parts discount for sending me a bad part. Wait times for customer service were 20-30 minutes and was put on constant hold! "Received the a/c compressor part which had a circle connector and my connector to my 2006 Mazda 3i was square. After speaking with customer service, they advised that i splice the connector and rewire and tape the square connector to the new a/c compressor which worked. Only wished we didn't have to do that, put hopefully your company will revisited the connectors of those type of compressors for future customers."

"Purchased an A/C compressor shipping was timely however the part was defective. The mechanic installed the part with no problem however the clutch would not engage. The magnet had draw however it was put together incorrectly. Had they inspected their part prior to shipment they would have known the part was defective. They will not pay labor even though they shipped a defective part..Now I have to pay labor charges again. My advice Buy from a reputable company! "
